Well, I'll never order pre-order a game for home delivery from Bestbuy.com again.
Received an email yesterday stating my item was shipped, but after I entered the tracking info into ups I saw that no info was available. Weird. Get home tonight expecting the package to be here because maybe that message about it taking 24 hours for info to get entered into ups.com was accurate, but nope, no package. Out of curiousity, I check the order receipt page on BestBuy and the transaction was initially 74.02 after my GCU discount (got the socks edition), but it's now listed at 47.00 total, almost 30 bucks cheaper. WTF. Checked my bank account and the initial transaction of 74.02 was reversed by the merchant (meaning cancelled) and there's nothing that indicates I was charged the new 47 dollar total. WTF! Called up and after navigating the 86' Bears like defense that is the automated system, I finally get a human who tells me she has no idea what happened, but she can't cancel it because it's listed as "shipped" even though it has yet to be picked up by the carrier. Better yet, she says it's not expected for delivery until the 17th because it's now on back order. It wasn't on back order when I ordered, but it is now. Great!
So now I'm on hold while she tries to find some way to "accommodate" me for this inconvenience. lol. I have the worst luck with this shit. I should've just went into the store and picked up it.
