I am not sure where anyone said "get gud" when the games are a laggy mess. What IS being said is to stop giving up on your team because you start bad, or stop using the argument that you want to steam roll others and thus want social slayer.

Lol wtf??

You don't get it and you're way off the mark with that comment. Us tier 2 and 3 players want to have the best experience possible. I have just played 5 games back to back on the servers closest to me, and is it too much to ask to have that same experience for every game??

It is not as though the servers are not there. What us "international" players are asking for, is match quality to be part of the process. Not just being dumped into the first fucking server because of quick matchmaking

Just feels like sometimes people think posts about bad connections etc are rage posts after a loss or whatever rather than legitimate complaints. I never quit when I start badly , I thought my 1 for 7 in that game was going to turn into a double digit neg bomb but I stuck around and we won. Posted yesterday as well about a 2v4 game we won after 2 of our teammates quit at the start.

Edit: I'd love a social playlist and there's no worries about me steamrolling anyone haha, I love Arena but have rl friends who don't and Warzone isn't a great alternative imo.

Is it confirmed the november patch has the aiming fix in it? Can I have a source? also is that fix the deadzone options? cause i thought that was coming in december.

I wish they would just make the aiming like the beta :(

I want social slayer so I can play with my bronze tier friends. If they play with me they're gonna get destroyed, i'm gonna lose all of my games, and it just won't make for a good time.

With social slayer I can play with them and they can play with me and we can have a good time... Playing on the same 3 maps in war zone gets boring after a couple days.

This I can understand and get behind.

My favorite times in Halo 3 was just playing with my friends (who aren't good at Halo at all) in Social Slayer, Big Team Battle, and Multi Team. The games weren't super competitive or serious, it wasn't a cake walk either, but everyone had fun overall.

Now in Halo 5, since i'm Onyx, there's really no way for them to play with me or have fun at all. Going -15 every game and getting destroyed doesn't make for a good time.

Honestly, the aiming for Halo 5 hasn't ever felt weird or off to me. Then again, I'm coming off of Counter-Strike, and playing a game with no aim-assist on a controller has pretty much made my raw aim the best it's been in years, so the slight aim-assist Halo:5 provides just really maxes me out I guess.

The aim feels really fluid and fast for me though, on all 9 of my controllers.

4 maps and BTB isn't going to do much to stem the bleed off of players, especially those who play Warzone or like the REQ system. Most players have probably unlocked less than 20% of the REQ's, but hate playing the same maps over and over, so what good does it do to add some ultra rare armor they won't get for maybe the next 50 matches, some assassination etc. Most still haven't even gotten DMR.

What sensitivity do you use?

Keep myself at 3/4 sensitivity. Seems like most Halo/CSGO Pros play on the lower end, so I decided to stick myself in the lower end of the sensitivity spectrum as well.

I play on 6, used to be 8 in the Beta.

Had some pretty good matches today and some of them may have been out of my control :(. Played Team Arena all day, even matched up with JumPeRJumPzZ in a Breakout game. Got pretty tense when it was all tied up. We ended up winning :).

I'm playing a Warzone assault game and the attacking team just captured the Armory before the Garage. Is this a thing, or was there something wrong with that particular game?

What do you expect them to do about it?

I think most of the issues people run into playing solo is lack of communication...

If people would wear there mic I really don't think there'd be an issue. I have mine on whenever I play, and I notice that when I start talking, other players end up turning theirs on too.

If not, they at least seem to be listening

All I ask is that solo players get matched up against other solo players. That's it.

That's why you're not having any difficulties with the aiming, you play on a low sensitivity. On 10, a slight nudge is difficult to gauge on this deadzone because if you overshoot, your reticle flies away. Combine that with the aim acceleration, slower diagonals, etc., you can see why people are having issues.

So it's not a matter of "git gud" or having some phenomenal aiming that translates from CSGO that has no aim assist to H5 that does, it's a design change people are having problems with. Thankfully they're addressing that though.

For all the time I spend talking about Halo, 31 Arena games played total, 15 Warzone games, and my original heroic total for campaign was like 10 hours 30 mins which included quite a bit of searching for skulls or Intel or just looking around.

It's hard to tell now because I've replayed a few missions, but Guardians and Reunion took me the longest, Reunion because I turtled up in a corner with zero weapon ammo waiting for teammates to respawn and target Warden etc.

Things just haven't been the same since MCC...

>gets a rare Gambit card, Medal Count
>switches to SWAT playlist, for easier chance at getting medals (HS, Multikills) and ensuring I get my XP
>uses card
>game fails to load, "disconnected", boots to main menu
>card has been used and is gone

343 why do you hate me.

Again, sensitivity matters. it depends also HEAVILY on your muscle memory. the way some people aim even on higher than default sens will still notice no issues with the aiming. however many are suffering from the extra wide deadzones.

This game just passed the drunk Halo test. Played a couple of WZ Assault matches on NXOE while shitfaced and it still felt absolutely amazing. Genuinely feel bad for you guys who have aiming and lag issues, this is the best feeling Halo gameplay ever for me. Just needs way more content and it will be the up there with Halo 2/3 for overall best MP game.

logged on waypoint to check my playtime and the first thing i see on the page is that topic. i can't even.

it's ironic because the only weapon a nerf should even be considered for is the AR
