It's mentioned that the limit to bringing everyone killed by Freeza and his men back would be one year because there were too many people. Some people took the one year limit to be a general rule, but it was never mentioned outside of that. Before that, there were some comments about body preservation, but that's another matter.
According to Toriyama's recent comments, Kid Buu's reincarnation was faster than usual, so it sounds like souls would spend at least a few years in hell in order to be cleansed before reincarnating.

It's likely Kid Buu reincarnated faster since Goku requested it before he killed Kid Buu and King Yemma granted it. Other than that's there no known time table for how fast the process normally takes.
The only thing that doesn't line up with the manga is why Freeza still has a body in Hell. When earlier it was stated only special cases when a person is good like Goku were allowed to keep their bodies.
I just assume it's because Freeza was a special case himself and was given extra treatment in Hell for all the stuff he caused when he was alive.
Already gone from Youtube. Bummed since I was really looking forward to seeing it.

Chōzetsu ☆ Dynamic! is a great OP, but it feels a lot like a "coming home" kinda OP, I hope that once we kick of the Universe 6 stuff we get a new OP that is high energy like Cha La Head Cha La, Dragon Soul and Kuu-Zen-Zetsu-Go

Really? I think Dynamic is pretty high energy - feels a lot like Cha La Head Cha La. The parts where they go "Let's go!" is like a mega earworm.

I don't think hell was ever shown in the manga; it was shown in the anime a few times, but those apparitions seem to contradict Freeza being tortured in a cocoon
I think RoF is the first time a canon heaven/hell has been shown, before that we only saw purgatory.
Given how it was introduced in Super, it seems like a "nine circles of hell" deal where one of them is your own personal ironic hell.

On the topic of Piccolo.
It feels pretty calm to me because of the singer's voice and a lot of the actual music. I would love them to bring back the Dragon Soul guys to do something like Kuu-Zen-Zetsu-Go, I love that song.
Champa judged Goku and Vegeta based on them wearing those super heavy suits whilst in their base forms, I'd laugh if he grabs two Universe 6 Saiyans that haven't even become regular Super Saiyans. But honestly I'm sure we'll get some cool new characters, I just hope that there are no more than two Saiyans on Champa's team and that it's mostly new races. I also really doubt any Saiyans (or any of the characters in general) will be alternate versions of the ones from Universe 7, they'll probably be new. I'm curious to see what kind of differences there might be between the Universe 7 and 6 Saiyans, what if the Universe 6 Saiyans aren't blood thirsty and are more like noble protectors? Or what if they are the complete opposite and are like ridiculously violent ape humanoids with an appearance somewhat similar to Super Saiyan 4? Also I'm guessing the Saiyans' planet in Universe 6 still exists, if so that's kinda funny with Earth being a desolate wasteland there.
With the whole name drop of the Namekian Book of Legends I'm positive that will be the source of Piccolo getting a huge power boost, however I wouldn't be surprised if they get the details of what to do come from Zuno, seeing as he/she apparently knows everything. I also still think that they are the 5th member of Beerus's team, it just makes too much sense.

This is what I assume too, pretty flowers and fairies and stuffed bears singing happy songs seems like the perfect hell for someone as evil and cold as Freeza, it's probably like Buddhist hell were they are tortured until they are reincarnated.

I guess Krillin, Roshi, and Chiaotzu were too perverted in Dragon Ball.

Who says it's his actual body? Shenron says Freeza's body is in pieces on Earth, his body in hell is probably more of a representation which helps in his torture.

Well he's in his Mecha Form when the movie starts and after the credits, he's back to his regular form, which implies it's his actual body or a body.
Not to mention he isn't one of those spirit forms that Goku saw while meeting King Yemma.

Goku had a different Gi in BoG and the BoG arc of Super, it's basically his Cell/Buu arc Gi, but with his "Go" symbol from the Namek arc on the front and back.
So he was visualized in his own personal hell in the form he died in, I don't see the problem with that. He's given a representation of his body before he died and then he's not even able to move, seems like something they'd do in Hell to me, it's not like he gets to run around like Goku did. Also the spirits are people who are still waiting to be judged.

She was introduced a long time ago in the Jaco manga, she's not new.
