Not going to lie, I thought that was a blunt at first.
I would disagree, if you go back to what Thanos had said earlier in the series he may be dead, but the personification of Death no longer exists, so if anything this is the worst thing that could happen for him. This is the great tragedy of Thanos since being reunited with Death in a restored universe was his main motivation towards fighting Doom's empire.

Fair shout. I did read it and I was suprised at the return of Eternity and how it played out in that last issue. It increasingly looks like everything is being put back as it was, so we have every reason to expect all the other cosmic entities to come back in more or less the same form.
For the moment though, Thanos got rekt, he's a pile of fucking bones and there ain't no one there to scoop him up and sing him spooky lullabies.
