Ohhh alright, makes sense. I tried getting my orders combined this morning to be safe in case I want to cancel multiple games (my E3 orders include less than 3 games I truly am sure I want to keep) but they weren't able to do that. I'm not even gonna attempt it for the offer stacking

It depends (on whoever is packing it). Sometimes I get a box with packing, but I've also gotten game+figure bundles in a bubble envelope.

That's not a bad idea. Yes, it all started because I had to update my CC's expiration date.

Amazon is a much more flexible website, you can update or cancel items at anytime with no hassle.

Uhh so my 2x copies of Birthright are uncancellable, so I still have them and another order for 1 of each version.

Shankar: I have checked the order and I see one of the shipment is already shipped out, we are unable to cancel the items, so I have to raise a Trouble Ticket for this

I'll try someone else tomorrow, again this is really tiring to deal with cuz some CSRs take a long time.

I read that Amazon do take note of people who keep on making changes to their order. So, yeah, I guess they might be aware on this. I guess that's why people are getting denied right now because of it.

I was worried about it arriving late because it could possible miss the release date and be delayed by the weekend but a month-ish long delay is nonsensical. That line is just from before a actual date was given and it had a placeholder date of December 31. It didn't update after the real release date was given.

For example, here is another FutureShop Order I have:

call their customer service line and mention to them that since there is a promotional sale where you can get 30% 2 or more preorders, if they could apply the difference (10%) to an existing preorder you already have (they should obviously be items that qualify for the promo, xenoblade and the other item that is part of the sale). Mention to them that you can't cancel the order because it is sold out on the website.
