I sort of open he does kill Superman. Would be a shocking moment to see on screen. Of course, we all know he'd be back, but I still wanna see it happen. Then they can just take Lex's Zod Resurrecting tech, iron out the Doomsday bugs, and bring Superman back.
Bullshit. Your memory is flawed none of the trailers ever had a reaction that wasn't overall very positive.

It's less about knowing they team up, and more about showing them teaming up. Everyone knows they're gonna team up at the end, you don't need to show that shit.

Watching the trailer again, I am wondering if they didn't feel the need to change Lex as he would come across as a smarter Bruce Wayne in the context of this movie? I'm still not feeling this Lex, but Bruce in the beginning seemed to encapsulate a lot of what I like about Lex in the comics.

Lol, I don't think he's laughing because someone likes it. He's laughing at the "orgasmic, Snyder is like Plato" aspect. Which is pretty funny.

Although it it appears spoil much of the film i'm still looking forward to this movie. I do like how gorgeous the movie looks.
I don't know man some people reaaaaallllyy seemed to hate the fact that Doomsday was shown.
. Yeah; I just found the comparison with Plato funny and the comment that it's really going to challenge my perspective on super hero movies.
Also, the "Once again, there is an added layer of depth.."
Oh god no. Bale's Bat was fantastic but no way would he fit into this universe.

Everyone talking about how the film is ruined because of fucking Doomsday being in the trailer really needs to stop and think about how many kids watching this now know that Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman are going to team up against a stupid monster and kick his teeth down his throat.

The ending was just terrible, spoils the film and the quip made by Bats and Supes was so out of place considering how stoic they have been the whole time.
Being a Synder movie, we are going to have 20 mins of the threesome tag-teaming Doomsday in another free for all DBZ segment....yap totally spoiled the film knowing it will be all over the place like MOS again.

Maybe they learned their lesson. A really good Zack Snyder trailer just leaves the audience disappointed when they actually see the Zack Snyder movie.
Snyder has said that he is always the one that creates/directly oversees his trailers. I thought this trailer was great but it did have a different feel to it than his usual ones, and I'm not talking about the humor
Much better. I'll show this one to my girlfriend when she gets here. I was going to just stop the trailer before the spoils.
Keeping the quality of the the trailer in line with the film is admirable.

I seriously have little hype for this, and I have no no idea if I'll bother watching in a theater.... I guess apart of it is that I just don't care much about Clark Kent/Superman these days, and that this Luther doesn't instill much confidence in me. Nor does Snyder, to be honest.
Still needs to remove the "If man won't kill god, the devil will do it"-bit. Seriously. Just build up only Superman vs Batman and let people guess what and how another threat comes into play.

That WB spoiled Doomsday and the terrible attempts at comedy throughout the trailer (especially the ending) makes me think that WB doesn't have faith in the film.
I'm fully expecting a Sony post-ASM2 panic mode meltdown by the studio if this thing under-performs.

The main reason I dont think I like Luthor in this movie is because he's not DCAU awesome Luthor
Imagine Dwayne Johnson playing this version of Lex. Instantly likeable, the general population would trust him when he starts talking down on Superman etc.
I'd love to be wrong about Eisenberg/this whole movie.
