i'm assuming the full feature complete launch will give another chance to enter in location data, right? probably just a beta glitch dropping the information

Yuppp I love it when they think they're scary but I can poke them to death or do an inzuna drop when I need to get out of the corner.
 
So you guys that are playing Sim right now, would you say his limbs have more recovery in this game? His teleport seems better and from watching Champ and Art's stream they just go ham with it and play pretty aggressively. But it also seems easier to jump at him now when he has limbs out. Any thoughts on this?

I think his limbs, in practice, recover deceptively fast. I'll fully miss a stretchy limb, the move will look like it's still out there, but I can block their jump-over with ease.

I feel like his standing MP is crazy fast for what it is. They LOOK like he's pushing a lot of strength into them, and that he should be more open than he is, but he actually recovers nicely.

His projectiles feel recovery heavy, though. Like... free opening for anyone with a swift horizontal movement attack. Because of this, I wish he has just one grounded Horizontal limb he could cancel into projectile. But it's his ducking and standing medium punches that are mostly cancellable, and they work best as Anti-airs, which IS a nice boon, but it feels weird to have on AA, and not on normal pressure hits.

Advice would be great.
A few thoughts:
Your walking has a pattern. After a poke, you always move back a but and then forward.

Save the VTrigger for when he uses his VSkill for an easy punish.

After a blocked jab, try using those claw specials to deal chip and back off.

Put more pressure on him so he can't eat. Or throw bananas.

In general I would have made most of the same decisions, though. I just watched the first round.

When are you using it mainly? I stopped using it so much after using it a ton early on.

Resets after EX fireball into crossunder, and using it like abel's step kick. s.mk->vtrigger.

Great poke, but not cancellable unless you use vtrigger.

Anyone know what properites laura's vskill gets on vtrigger? I gets more range, but besides that I don't know.

Besides cancelling into her Vskill haven't found much use for it. Her normals in general are eugh

Would it have killed to give her far reaching standing normals? It's like Laura is a SF4 character on permanent close range, everything is so stubby

Number of times blocking has worked for me - 0
Number of times I need this wake up super to connect - 1

"But I think I'll wake up with super!"
 
Finally getting rid of some of my SF4-isms right as maintenance is gonna start, heh. I'm liking Zangief quite a bit, despite me really disliking him in the other games.

But gimme Hugo at some point pls, Capcom. ;~; I need mah Huggington
