What mods you running on FNV here? Looks great
textures:
vurt's wasteland flora overhaul
mojave sandy desert
uhq rocks roads terrain

other stuff:
more grass + falloutnvpref.ini editing imingrasssize (or whatever) to 0
taller dc true skyscrapers
onix enb + sweetfx with 1very heavy tweaks
i've also got urwlnv ttw edition but i don't think it matters for that shot since i believe that's vanilla weather?

Finally someone posts some DMC4 lmao :)

Still haven't bought the SE version, but fuck I love that game.... so damn good.

And yea that Old Republic Reshade is very nice.

There's a motion blur in the game that's really annoying and turning it off through the console or adding it in autoexec.cfg doesn't seem to do anything.

(about Midhras shots)
I find all your shots engaging and each one tells a story. There's a sort of mystery there and it's not just a "screenshot".

Indeed, very humbling and inspiring, and also shows that composition is everything: no tool/injector/postprocessing shader can inject that into a shot, only make it more or less visible.

i've posted a few dmc4 shots before but the biggest thing stopping me is the lack of a freecam that works for me. also the red orbs when you kill enemies tend to clutter up/mess up the image, too

the only available freecam things seem to be an unreleased deal from a russian dude and a chinese trainer that sets off malwarebytes and avast... it seems to work for folks but when i braved it, it didn't work for me.

it's a huge shame because i think the game has aged very well for being 7 years old and sets itself up perfectly for really cool action shots.

Hands down best Witcher 3 shot I've seen, amazing shot.

Awwww gee golly gosh. Thanks!

Though I do dislike some aspects of the framing. Think I need more sky to give Geralt some breathing room. Oh well.

Here's 1 more boring but pretty shot.

Pay no attention to the man on the left who's basically floating there. Or the pole dviding the shot in half..... aaahgaghskdl. End-of-page garbage this is.

Marvelous shots! Very photorealistic.

For my own shots, I want to try something different. Inspired by a couple of people here and on flickr, I'll try to get more story, more composition into the shots, as I discovered I had a tremendous amount of nature shots from The Witcher, and while I obviously like them all ;), it's also 'a bit of the same' after a while, or as others might say "booooring".

My first attempts:

The Witcher 3, Reshade:

I like that one a lot!

I think it's the TAA used by the game isn't it?

Yeah I think so from what I've read. I've used a few cvar's to try and get rid of it but I think some of those have been disabled in the retail version. Turned off radial blur too after taking these shots so I'll see if that makes a difference. It's frustrating because it's impossible to take decent action shots unless you get lucky. Too bad really because the particle effects, smoke and debris look pretty spectacular at times.

That looks like a pretty challenging aspect ratio to fill\compose. I find 16:9 challenging as it is. 16:10 almost looks square to me. It definitely does not lend itself well to scenery shots where you'd want something a bit wider.

I try and study http://deadendthrills.com in order to get a grasp on how to properly compose shots... but I still suck at it.
