- I really appreciate thank you messages, but please send them to me (Messiah, not ModBot!) via PM instead of in thread.
- Do not trade keys you win off-site to enrich yourself. Don't try to claim games you have no interest in collecting or playing. Don't claim games to give them to friends off-site.
- If the key is already taken you will not receive a reply. Replies may take a minute or two.

Rules for this Giveaway:

- If you are a lurker you are not eligible for this giveaway. You need five or more posts in either the current Steam thread or the previous one to be eligible

Merry Christmas, SteamGAF!

Do I want to buy Layers of Fear, Dungeon Nightmares II, or Lakeview Cabin Collection?

Allofem.

But to give my pull-away, Layers of Fear is extremely well regarded, atmospheric, and one of the best games to come out of the P.T. hype, but is in early access still (though not for too much longer I think), and is a nice experience. Dungeon Nightmares II I have not played, but from what I know about it, it's supposed to quite frightening. Maybe try Dungeon Nightmares 1 first, which is a free game, see if you like it and then move onto 2? Lakeview Cabin is quite fun, hectic, and more of a sandbox game with some crude and gruesome humor mixed with some surprisingly fun puzzle/planning scenarios to use the tools at your disposal to survive/move on.

Can anyone tell me what you see in the US store (having issues pulling it up)
trying to see what prices you see so I'll list a few titles and the prices I am seeing here.

Mad Max 10
tomb raider Collection 5
Deus ex collection 3.50
turok 9
hard reset .60 cents

I am trying to figure out how this store and pricing is working for the country I am in compared to where I usually stay in america.

Thanks!
I'm going to grab Lakeview Cabin and add the others to my wishlist. Dungeon Nightmares II does look intense..

Oh you, Steam Discovery Queue. I've just chosen "Not interested" for Soccer Manager 2015, so which game appeared 7 titles later? Of course, none other than Soccer Manager 2016. "Because it is popular". Never mind the fact that I also said I wasn't interested in Football Manager a day or two ago.

You really don't give a shit what I answer, right Valve?

Mad Max - $20.39
TR C - $11.99
Deus Ex Collection - $8.24
Turok - $15.99
Hard Reset - $1.49

Edit: Buy away, looks like a steal on Mad Max.

Back in the day I was kinda scared when I bought the game. "I don't have anyone to play with", "I will play a couple days and I won't touch it anymore".

Heh.

And I'm still playing alone.
That is me right now... Ugh, now I kind of want to pull the trigger too.

I like most console Roguelikes. Do I want Dungeonmans?

Also anyone know the best way to use a visa gift card on steam? Specifically if there will still be a left over balance on the steam purchase?

At least it shows you games you can actually buy

Thanks man, having a hard time getting US store prices when before I was. My chinese paypal wasn't working so I used a Chinese CC and finally got some transactions to work after it was a bit difficult.

Anyways, not every game is there for me (like transformers and some others for some reason) but most games are there and looking near half price in a lot of cases. Anyways, I'll dig into it more when I have time. Thanks again!

Seems I'm getting more like 90 percent off from the price you guys are on , no wonder I was adding so many games and feeling they were cheap.

Noticed a lot of the starting prices are lower so that is why. (they need to be cheaper here I imagine)

I really like Dungeonmans.

It's structured similarly to Tales of Maj'Eyal, in that there's not just one mega-dungeon that you crawl, but a overworld, several towns and several dungeons you travel to. You don't lose everything you have when you die, because your 'mans can give loot and items to your Academy to upgrade your next character.

It's pretty fun, the animations are quick and easy to read. It's not as complex as something like Dungeon Crawl or ToME but it doesn't want to.

All of a sudden, I had three keys of Samorost 2 in my Humble Bundle library.
Here's one of them.

So how does refunding on Steam work exactly? I have a bunch of things from past sales that I ended up not liking. I know there's a play time limit, but is there a purchase time limit too? I'm not big on having games in my list that I'll never touch again.

You can refund games as long as they're within 2 weeks of purchase and have under 2 hours of play time.

To refund:
Navigate to Steam Help (help.steampowered.com) and log in with your Steam account.
After you have logged in, click on A Purchase.
Find the purchase you would like to refund and click on it. ...
Select the problem you are having with the product.
Next, click I'd like to request a refund.

Hey guys, is D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die worth it? Thinking of picking up the Humble Bumble, but I'm not sure. I've read it ends on a big cliffhanger, and I hate that kind of thing.

I would avoid it if you hate big cliffhangers. If not, it's pretty great. Quirky, memorable characters, intriguing story, and it oozes with style.

You can also use the client if you don't want to use the website. Just click on the name of the game in your purchase history and it'll take you to the refund page in the client. Also I doubt you'll be able to get past sale games refunded because I've tried and there's nothing happening there. Even the 0 playtime stuff.
