I missed a good chunk of it but what I saw of the Battle Kid 2 run was great. I'll have to watch it in full when I have more time later.

Woops, sorry, the run itself was good. I meant to say was a cringe fest due to the terrible singing, which makes it a highlight. The run itself was good and interesting, but not necessarily a "highlight moment" if it wasn't for the singing. My mistake.

I still hold on the terrible singing (except for Spike and that guy singing the Gaston song. That was legit.)

Man people really do overuse "cringe" when talking about these events :/

Also, and this is to detract nothing from the runner or say that people don't have types of runs they prefer or like but can we please not do the combative "this is so much more impressive and skillful than glitch runs" bullshit? The Battle Kid 2 run was tremendous and super fun and entertaining but so was the Half Life 2 one and there's no need to shit on one to say the other was good.

Glitch runs take skill and may not be "HOW DA GAME WAS SPOSED TA BE PLAYED" but that doesn't make them any less skilled, impressive or fun.

That said, that Battle Kid 2 run was fucking sick.

SOMA was pretty interesting just for how much they completely broke the game and had good explanations for it most of the way through. Didn't catch the only ones though.
