I believe you can buy one refurbished. I don't know if the apply store or website sells any but I see them on auction websites.

I want to invest in a longer USB 3.0 cable for my My Passport X. What do those things get called/categorized as, and what's my best option? I have a Source nearby. Best Buy, too.

It's usually just categorized under electronics and extension cables - I use these ones from Amazon and they are just fine.
Does anyone have any experience buying from Pokémon Center's US website? I remember seeing ads about forwarding services to buy from US only websites, but I've never tried them before. Does anyone have experience in that sort of stuff? I really want to get the Nendoroid figure they have there.

I've purchased from them before. I have a US mailing address that I can ship items to and pick them up whenever I go across the border. However the site wouldn't take my Canadian payment info, so I found a friendly GAF member that would purchase for me and send to my US address. I then paid the GAF member via PayPal.
Are you looking for the one listed currently or are you getting ready to try and grab the Red: Champion Edition that's going on sale this month?

Seriously? I just gave that game -- box, Pokewalker and all -- to our cleaning lady because she said that she was going to get her young son a 3DS but has next to no money. That was a few months ago.
I should've given her Crystal.

Almost tempted to ask if I can switch them with her given that she likely hasn't bought it yet. I wonder if she's pawned it, though.
While checking the Shoppers Optimum terms and conditions to see if gift cards purchases earned points, my partner noticed that there's a portion that states the program is ending at the end of 2016, and redemption of points ends in March 2017.

A quick web search notes people talking about this a bit as far back as 2012, but no concrete information... I did see an interview from 2015 from Loblaws VP of marketing stating that there were no plans to merge their two loyalty programs, but that's different than just outright ending one.
Has anyone else heard about this? I wonder if it's just boilerplate legal copy, or if it's something else? Buying consoles at Shoppers during a 20x the points weekend is a great way to save some cash!

The cartridges internal memory would probably be faulty now and all those happy, healthy pokemon slowly become glitches :/

They seem to constantly update the expiration date. It's probably there as a failsafe. Plus, I think the Optimum program is really popular and doing quite well so I doubt they merge it with PCPlus.
I'm scared to check my Gold cartridge.

The "internal memory" is just a battery that is really easy to replace...
There is also a tricky yet doable way to replace the battery without losing your save file.
The only real deal was preordering on Amazon with the 30% promotion

Damn. I was hoping for something. I was able to get mk8 on sale with a 20 dollar coupon from shoppers. Was hoping for something like that.
It did go to sale the week it was launch. 59.99 or $10 off.
But yeah, I guess thats not really a sale

My copy of xcom 2 arrived in the mail from amazon today. I love the external sleeve cover where (I don't know what they are called) you can tilt the angle of the picture and the human heads making up the alien face turn to skulls and vice versa. Really cool touch!
My Yellow still works. May fatchu live on forever! *knocks on wood*
Does retail have a steam key? I don't have a disc drive.
