What: The citizens of New Hampshire will pick their presidential nominee from their declared party. If they're not registered with a party they can choose the ballot for either one.
When: February 9th, 2016
Where: Town voting locations with varied times that must start no later than 11AM and end no earlier than 7PM
Why: It's state law that the primary must be held "on the Tuesday at least seven days immediately preceding the date on which any other state shall hold a similar election, whichever is earlier."
