would have launched as a more complete game? get less criticism from reviews which would help sales? It might not help the inpatient fans but more likely to help the game, especially at reviews. If the belief that Bengus was rushed is true, maybe even got better art too.

More complete game at launch. Pretty much can't play with friends at all (I don't mind this so much since I prefer 1v1, but it is a big deal to a lot of people).

More content complete, which would help reviews and word of mouth.

It will be difficult to recover from a bad launch, imo.

Multiplayer lobbies and spectator mode isn't what I'd call "extra fluff."

I do think they will actually change the designs once they release the characters as DLC. They probably just didn't bother redesigning them yet.

For 30€ it's be happy too, but since the game costs 60€ i'd expect a tad more effort from Capcom

I mean i wanted to play with my friends in a full lobby.

The most important thing to me is the training mode to figure out what works against what and how to do xyz , what have you and Online is just for me to try out what I tried in training mode.. Not saying people shouldn't be a bit miffed the other stuff isn't there but for me it's probably what I would've done for the first month anyway..the bulk of my games come from offline.
