Someone's V-Skill will have to be a focus attack, with their V-Trigger allowing them to FADC, the questions is just who would benefit from this the most, none of the announced DLC characters sound like they need FAs.
In before Evil-Ryu.
Well when you think about it a lot of V Triggers somewhat act like FADC.

I got the standard edition and the e-mail. Up until Friday it was shown as expected to ship on Friday. Then it changed to "expected to ship soon" and stayed like that until they e-mailed me about 3 hours ago.
I'm not exactly happy about it, might buy it digitally and sell the disc when it arrives.
Some does, like Ken's, but most others can't cancel specials with it and lack the dash in for better comboability, and FADC V-Trigger will probably act as a red FADC to justify itself.

Well Laura and Ryu already have electricity power ups... I'd be disappointed with just blue electricity. There's a lot more they can explore with her spy gadget gimmick

Cammy's story alt seems to have that covered (or not covered depending on how you look at it) pretty well
Is there a counter mechanic ive somehow missed? Im watching this compilation video of every character reveal and in every one there is a moment where they get hit, theres a little flash and they do a move back. What is that?

V-Reversal.
After a successful block, do forward + 3 punches (for some characters, it's forward + 3 kicks)
Different characters have different V-Reversals. Nash and Fang's V-Reversal move them forward, allowing them to move to the enemies other side.
R.Mika has a kick that when it hits, it transitions into a stone cold stunner.
M.Bison's just does an attack all around him, hurting you even if you're above/ behind him.
It's a pretty cool mechanic. And it also instantly reduces your stun gauge by a fixed amount whenever you use it. (if it's empty, then it doesn't reduce anything)

and each V-Reversal uses 1 block of the V-Trigger bar.

Yeah, that is a V-Reversal. It's a move you can perform while you are in blockstun with F + 3P or 3K (depends on character) and consumes one pip of V-Gauge.
Somewhat posted earlier that the worldwide release was 9 am PST.

Street Fighter 4 came out almost 8 years ago (July 08 on arcades). Exactly 7 years ago on consoles (February 09). Hopefully 5 will last as long.

You beat me to it. I didn't think the chances of them updating her were very high and after seeing her in the story mode that effectively dropped to 0.
I'm not too big on digital copies of games if I have the option.
