Nah, i'm with that.
Just like i'm almost never "I would rather have nothing" guy. But if its, fetish outfit or nothing. I choose nothing.
Because i know if that happened, I'll turn on the game, see it. And probably turn it off. Which is my relationship with skullgirls, and I don't street fighter be that. " oh I hate a lot of the character designs in this actually " and then just not play it.

Character design is the deciding factor on whether I play a fight game person or not. As of currently a lot of the roster don't interest me much. Hopefully the wave one dlc is not horrid, but yeah. Character design is important. I have no interest in " Hey you like school girls?" the internet exists, I can find that, I can commission that, i'm illustrator I can draw it myself . I don't need to be patronized in that way.
That said, she's probably going to be in the gym teacher outfit and its going to be fine.

Theres no word on new stages right? seems a bit odd to add 6 characters and not have at least 2 stages to go with them or 3.
Is there actually a way to get the pre-order M. Bison costume on PC at launch here in the US? PC seems to be Steam only, Amazon doesn't even have digital codes for SF5 on PC.
Guessing they will be available later in the store, just wondering if there is a place I could snag one now.

Well the preload of my CE should have started yesterday night on PSN (europe here), but I got a mail I had insufficient funds in my wallet (which I replenished now) and they would try to start the preload again between now and release. Anyone know when I can expect the preload to begin?

Yes, preload is up on PS4, and you probably need to download the whole game anyway, even if you still have the beta client. Would be very, very unusual if the beta would upgrade to the full game.
I think they definitely will reveal stages down the line. Based on the official artwork we still haven't seen these stages yet.
They are also going to have day and night transitions for stages,
and I'm hoping that they patch in the stage extensions/enders (like the china stage) for the other stages.....
I'm looking for something free, rather somewhere on the Internet, where I can read up on their backgrounds and the story.

I did a quick check on Friday - the update details just said something about adding an extra option. Pretty vague, but it's likely been pointed out earlier in this thread or one of the other SF5 variants.

you are correct, I'm gonna assume stages can be earned via FM too as they do effect gameplay in the sense of where you can play

The UK one doesn't, the retailer GAME has the Hot Ryu code as a pre order bonus though
That does not seem like a safe assumption at all. You may get the odd option to buy a stage with fight money, but I doubt that will be the case for most of them. They don't effect gameplay, Capcom will want some money for them.

I want to know this too. Seems like a waste that you can only hear the music during training, and looks like the music changes each round.

With the game coming out soon I've just realised I don't actually know too much about it. I heard a while ago that there would be no paid dlc that you couldn't get in game. So like, all the dlc characters, stages and Super Street Fighter V/Ultra Street Fighter V type add-ons would all be free and obtainable in the game without paying. Is that still the case? Because that's what interested me.

No, Season Pass premium costumes are for the six DLC characters. If you don't get the season pass you can buy them with real money later on down the line.
It was odd in SF4 also. A whole bunch of time passed from the Alpha games, they had to write in a reason for her to keep wearing it.
She's the "Eternal School Girl" now.
Yep, they'll make so much bank selling it as a premium. Plus would give you two new sak looks if they go with a new one plus story mode outfit.

Anyone know or care to speculate on how dlc stages would work? Like of you have them and i don't and we try to play each other what would happen? Would it say your opponent doesn't own the dlc so we can't use the stage to play on? Would it let us play any way ? Would I be on some featureless void or something? But seriously has it been done in other fighting games before?

I assume it'll be just like characters. You'll download the data for it but won't be able to access it on your own unless you purchase it. So your friend can purchase the stage and you can play against him on it provided he chose it. However, you won't be able to chose it yourself.

I'm sorta annoyed I cancelled my Amazon preorder. Though now I'm getting a steelbook and for cheaper so I guess it isn't all so bad.
Grainger Games having one of the preorder costumes is a bit weird. I thought maybe ShopTo would get the other one.
If you don't have the stage purchased you will auto forfeit the match if it gets selected?
