Postman literally just delivered the game to my door minutes after the game was meant to unlock here digitally. Postman on point! Installing this shit now.

In the beta you could set post-processing effects to medium or something to disable them. Probably disables other stuff too though.

Gotcha. Didn't mess with it on PC too much because I wasn't a big fan of the blur. Game was gorgeous otherwise, though.

Wow, my second match was against an extremely teleporting Ken, quality is set to 4-5. This was worse than any match in the beta.

Crap, i'm really unsure about what to buy this platform on. PS4 would let met carry the game over to my friend and stuff and give a bigger chance for couch play. But the increased input lag compared to my PC monitor would probably put me at a disadvantage :(

Digital Foundry did a helpful video that included a breakdown of what the postprocessing settings do.

Very High and High = motion blur
medium = no blur, but retains depth of field (mainly applicable during character intros and win poses)
low = no DOF

Madcatz. DS4windows doesn't detect it in either mode and x360ce doesn't work. Welp.

Also can confirm that even having the stick plugged in makes my keyboard unresponsive.

Are you sure you're putting x360ce in the right folder? I made that mistake with the beta. Can't remember what the right folder is, unfortunately. Possibly the one with the 64-bit exe.

Anyone here actually from the south east asia region or Japan? Would love some online games with sum gaffers (when the steam version releases). I doubt I can play with anyone from the west still, even with the improved netcode.

Connect your PS4 to your monitor.

Thanks for this! Purchased on PS4 but I'll be double dipping on the PC version if they ever allow you to use the same ID on both platforms.

Definitely going to stay on medium for post processing too. Motion blur isn't worth the extra processing power.
Digital Foundry just released a settings video for PC and Nvidia recommends for max a GTX 960
I guess that's a no.
No, unfortunately. It does come with option to launch the game in a low-spec mode, then go into graphic settings to use the "automatic" setting, which detects your video card and such.
Automatic settings puts all graphical options on medium, but I didn't seem to take a hit when I pushed them to all high instead. Too bad we won't be getting a benchmarking tool this time.

Even though the character stories are very whatever, I already much, MUCH prefer it to arcade mode. Fighting 3 story based matches for each character is far less tedious than running through an entire Arcade mode for each character just to get a beginning an and ending.

I'm glad they decided to mix it up. Like this desicion.

So, now that the game is out, can someone confirm/deny that you can invite PS4/PC players to private lobbies or what have you by name? I CAN STILL GET MY PRE-ORDER COSTUME!

If your goal is just to be done with it, then yeah, this new thing is better.

The people complaining the loudest about lack of traditional arcade mode probably wanted to play it for the sake of playing, though.
