Same thing happens to me and it was also happening when I played Naruto 4 so I thought that I disabled that service. My main monitor is a touch panel so I'll check again when I get home.

Right, it is basically a special move specific to your character, they just all have the same input (MP + MK). Generally they will build V-Gauge if they succeed (like absorbing a projectile with Bison, or if the poison ball touches the opponent with F.A.N.G).

cr.lp, st.mp, cr.mk > lightning legs
That's her main go to combo.
cr.hp (first hit only) > lk lightning legs > cr.lp > spinning bird kick is another

I was. That's my issue. I was logged in, did Nash's story and got no fight money. Did the first part of Bison's and no fight money still.

It's either Street Fighter V or Main Menu. You can check it (and change it!) in the Sound Settings, under Menu BGM.

I didn't know about missing arcade mode and I'm super bummed out about it now. I just assumed that would be one of the most basic features. One round matches in survival mode is not doing it for me.
I actually had that same issue with the PC port of Tales of Symphonia, but I couldn't be bothered with looking into it for that. I really don't want to disable my graphics tablet just to play a game.
No arcade mode. Everything we know is coming you can see in the OP.

Just got my Cammy costume code e-mailed to me and I haven't even picked up the game yet. I probably won't since I bought digital as well, but I was going to see if I could trade the game and keep the CE stuff.

I thought the big story mode is the arcade mode right? It's coming in June. Next month adds a lot too.
Each Character has a:
V-Skill - special move they do, for example Cammy's knuckle spin has turned into her V-Skill move.
V-Reversal - kinda like Mortal Kombat's combo breaker... get out of a combo free card (edit. I'm mistaken...looks like it only works if you are blocking)
V-trigger - character dependent so it either gives a power\combo buff for a limited time or does a single powerful move.
That's my take at least... there is info about the in the OP.
If you hold down the buttons for vtrigger Mika will call Nadeshiko's name and point to the sky with both hands. This means Nadeshiko is gonna come out after a 3 second delay. By just tapping it she will come out after a second or so. the overhead tracks easier than the side attacksshe lost
and makes Mika's partner come out anyway? I mean after you use v-trigger. I tried it in training and she took much longer to drop down compared to that gif

I was under the impression that it forces you to play as various characters like MK but I could be completely making that up.
V-Reversal is get out of blockstun card. You can't break out of being comboed in SFV.
V-Reversal only gets you out of a blockstring, not a combo. It's like an Alpha Counter.

I guess I'm getting fight money from level up the characters in story mode and not actually from the story mode itself cause I'm not getting notifications for it anymore.. might as well just wait since I did 3 story modes without realizing it was messed up

I think I got 8k from doing Birdie's just now but unlike when I was doing Ken, Ryu, Chun-li etc. Im not getting notifications in the bottom right that I got fight money
