Bison is a fucking savage, didn't realize they gave him the teleport forward at all times it really compensates for his shit walking speed also his neutral game is pretty damn good. really nice/safe hitboxes on all of his pokes besides the roundhouse knee. You can keep up some pretty intense pressure if you alternate between MP Jab Infernos and Knee presses stopping every few seconds to allow them a break to fuck up. Games soooooooo good.

I'm in the same situation as you guys. Used a VPN last night and it's still showing Australia. Tried looking for a solution and there doesn't seem to be one. Found this reddit link and some guy mentioned he was still getting matches from America.
I feel like I need more proof than this. I have an american flag on my profile but it's still shows me in Australia. Those 2 matches the guy fought could of been VPN users.

Since so many people can't get matches now but could earlier, wonder if Capcom disabled match making temporarily working on an issue.

Thanks CodeNfX for confirming, its definitely supposed to work out of box. But for many people their sticks started locking up and seemed to be a pattern of either recently upgrading to Win8/10. My friend is just going to contact MadCatz support to see about troubleshooting/warranty with them.

Did the VPN thing last night and the game thinks im in England. My flag is Canada, but on the map it shows the U.K. will deleting and reinstalling change this?
And i can't find any ranked matches. I found some casual matches last night.

The flag you choose for your CFN profile doesn't affect matchmaking links, does it? Because the Matchmaking map shows where I live rather than the flag's location.

Man I feel for you guys.
I wonder if it detected your country by IP address when you signed up, even though you selected USA, and set that as your region.
I dunno. It is spelled out against Steam TOS to use VPN to get early unlocks which is why I don't do, so it is going to be hard to go to Capcom or Steam and say "Hey guys.. I violated TOS and used a VPN to mask my IP so I could break the rules and play the game early. And it kinda messed up my CFN account. Can I get a fix?"

Overall, I think SFIV is a nicer looking game.
Do we get an official confirmation at Capcom's side from when the lobbies will come back? I tweeted at them, no response. They seem to be ignoring that, and I do not understand why. In lobbies, you get no FM, you need no constant matchmaking to look for new ranked enemies , you are less pressure to the server than playing different rankeds. I do not get it.

On PC, I don't think you can. I believe there was a dialogue that pops up saying the CFN account you are creating is bound to your Steam account. Kinda like in ARMA 3, your Player ID is tied to your steam account.
Though I haven't played the final build yet, what a dichotomous release this game is. On one hand they've done an absolutely brilliant job of making a more newbie friendly game by stripping away execution-intensive combos and mechanics while still retaining the serie's depth, but on the other have not offered any extraneous features through these new players can learn and grow.
It's not saturated. That's just how the game looks. The backgrounds have some weird filter applied to them, I assume to make the characters stand out from them more. They also appear to have pretty much flat lighting applied across the board to the backgrounds, making them look absolutely atrocious by today's (or even yesterday's) standards.
That's a good question. I don't think you can change your fighter ID.

Right? It's reeeeally annoyed me especially because it seems you have to do it with each costume you want colours for meaning you have to do it twice. If they don't change colours being tied exclusively to survival mode I hope they at LEAST make it so when you do it with one costume it unlocks the corresponding colours for the Alts costumes too!
I wanna get this passed on to Capcom so bad, unless there's anyone lurking this thread here, pleeease sort it out. It's a way of trying to add longevity for us casual players but it is NOT fun when you're on your third attempt at medium survival and on level 29 you get destroyed by Necalli and have to do it all again for some colours that used to be available from the start/unlocked easier in previous games.

Yep, I thought the same. I might as well stick to blue and red, they look better to me. I made a mistake and had yellow in the auto select thing, and it didn't grow on me.
