I believe that's player level. If you beat story mode and some survival challenges you will be level 100+, don't confuse that with his actual Ryu level which is listed above his player card during matchmaking loading screen.

Yes. They were extremely fucked but I managed to play against my friend for one match. They were up though. Why didn't they test this in the beta
I suggest you call, I did and they gave it to me in like 30 minutes

Just did survivor on the same difficulty 2x with the same character but different costumes. It gave me the bonus for unlocking my preorder costumes color as well as the default one.
Not an amazing amount of FM, but at least it is something if you plan on grinding them all out.

KI was solid at launch, either that or my memory is already failing me at age 23. Best netcode I've had the pleasure playing on in a fighting game. Damn I miss that game. PC release sooooon.
