Holy freaking lag batman. After 2 nights of no-go, I finally managed to play a few online matches. EVERY SINGLE ONE, had pretty bad lag. I have 100mbit connection so no issues there... I still love the game and know it will work soon. The graphics are godlike on PC MAX settings using Nvidia 3D vision.
The signs all say "no shirt, no shoes, no service."
No one said ANYTHING about pants.

Survival with Laura is making me want to break my damn controller. The difficulty spike is just ridiculous once you reach stage 27. If I manage to make it past Zangief then I have Necalli stomping me to death or going super saiyan. I've only made it to Bison once just for him to read me and destroy me smh.
Well, sure, but why can't I auto-find players by PSN ID to add as their CFN. Right now I have to literally type in their PSN ID to find their CFN. Seems weird when I have the person on my friends list.

Any tips for a noob Laura vs Ryu? I had no real success being aggressive vs most people so I'm trying to be a bit more defensive which works a lot better for me (0-14 being aggressive, 3-8 defensive), everything goes great until he creates a little extra space, hits his v trigger then just spams fireballs nonstop. I know different matchups need you to play a differently, is do I just need to get in and stay in for Ryu? Should I just wait it out and eat the chip?

That kills me about her Story Mode costume. It's sooo good but then oops, no pants.

Netcode is really solid when the server works.

I think I'm doing okay for my first street fighter that I'm trying to take seriously. Need to spend some time in training to figure out what's unsafe or check frame data though. Pushing buttons after blocking sort of works, but it's probably not the best way lol.
One thing that throws me off sometimes is the narrow(?) hurtboxes. Just feels weird to see your attack not hit even though the animation makes it look like it should.

This, online is the one thing I was defending the game for because it had a beta. I feel let the fuck down. When that gets up and running correctly I"m good.

So I hear the dlc costume are locked to the psn account, so my reg 3 Asia dlc can't be used with my main US PSN account. is this true? and if so, can I still earn dlc costume for my US PSN account even if my game are reg 3 Asia version?
I need to decide if I should use my Asia PSN account or US PSN account going forward. also, how does the match making work with region? I know in Ultra SF4, your psn account determine your region, is it the same with SF V or do they have IP check to see which region you live in, or if the game region determine your location?

Honestly I... I'm probably not the best to give tips out. I'm still very new with him, but what drew me to him was the fact that he moves a bit forward with his light punch.
Like, that makes me connect my hits way more now than before. It's such a small thing but it's one of the things that's helped me a lot with him.

Because its still busted. You keep acting like this isnt a known issue dude. The game is still busted, its better but not fixed.
You probably already know this, but supers still kills with chip. Certain characters can really take advantage of that.
It's been happening to me too, I could join a friend's lobby just fine (PS4 user) but a friend who plays on PC kept inviting me and I couldn't join for shit.

Learn and get better.
Tick throwers are rather easy to figure out. Use your neutral jump attack to punish.

Guys who jump in OR in neutral game hit with button of choice then throw forcing you to tech more often.
Not saying its not a viable tactic but dag to do it all match long is draining.
I wonder if the problem could be on our end. Who's your ISP? Have you checked your NAT?

Well throwing is a big part of the game but its easy to punish people who throw too much. Remember attacks beat throws, throws beat blocking and blocking beats attacks. So if someone is going to walk up to you and throw you, jab them and open them up.
