So just got off the phone with Best Buy customer support again, and here's everything they told me.
- Sounds like there was an issue with at least 3,400 orders be it a system glitch or something else
- She didn't have any information on why my order didn't ship out on Friday, other than they were overwhelmed
- Since it didn't get out yesterday, don't expect any further updates until Monday; apparently they don't process shipments on the weekend
- Once shipped, it should arrive by mid-late next week
I don't know how much of that is factual, but I can only go based off what she told me. Provided everything she said was true, it seems like the rest of the orders should go out early next week.
