Man imagine the salt in the RQ bracket. Dear God......

Also if you RQ again while you are flagged your RQ status will reset to 2 hours. That way some of these people will never get out that bracket.

For extra fun, add a mandatory one-time LP fee for leaving the RQ bracket, with the amount based on your last rank prior to entering the RQ bracket and on how many times you've quit a match, but also make it decline slowly over time. Everyone will desperate to save up LPs, so that they can leave the RQ bracket, but quitting to preserve the ones you have will just condemn to an even harder struggle to get out of the bracket. So you'll either have to play honest, and endure other people quitting on you, or wait long enough that you can afford to pay your fee.

I seriously doubt you are actually physically incapable of doing it, you just didn't give yourself enough time to adjust

That's not enough time? Come on. I don't force SnakeEyez to play on stick since he's comfortable on pad.

Why would I want to torture myself when one method is practically seamless for me to get my execution down, and instead watch myself drop things non stop to give myself enough time to adjust?

A year is more than enough time. I just can't do certain things on a pad.
 
Survival is such a piece of putrid shit. Everything fine until suddenly you reach level 26 and everything is blocked, read, and you get combo'd to death when the CPU before couldn't even land two hits in a row.

Who the fuck thought blocking colors behind this would be good? Make it based on playtime, amount of ranked matches--anything but this.
 
Never ever had a problem finding any games on literally every fighter/shooter but fuck, its getting annoying

8 ranked matches in 2 weeks... I'm on a five win streak lol

I have one of the fastest and stable connection in australia, i have been trying to solve this issue and even opened nat/ports for ps4 gaming and still, nada

Problem is definetly on capcom part, they need to quickly fix it.

What's worst is watching popular fgc streams and they get a moderate flow of matches..

Yeah, this rage quitting is ridiculous. Now that more people know there's no penalty whenever I fight someone over 3,000 LP and win they quit.

I'm done with Ranked until Capcom fixes this bullshit.
 
It still beats him disconnecting on you, I guess.

Also, are DPs invincible in this game? I know a lot them are in SF2 and SF4, but in 3S, there are a lot of moves that will actually stuff them.
MP and EX are invincible around startup, but LP and HP get stuffed anytime.

If you want to wakeup DP, it should be MP.
 
Played a casual match vs a guy named SaltyWarrior or something.

Beat me first round then I barely clutched out the second, and before round 3 start Connection Lost.

I'm going to give him some benefit of the doubt, he wasn't bad...so maybe he just saw teleporting on his end and was sick of it or something.

But if not, come on man.
 
Anyone else find it weird how sometimes you seemingly "miss" the next attack in a combo?

For example: j.HP St.HP xx special move or something. The St.HP sometimes doesn't come out.

I've never had this be the hardest part of any combo in any game in my life except this one. It is so fucking weird.
 
Just won the laggiest match i've had against a Vega to make it to bronze. I'm starting to get better at this game. I'm not good, but I'm improving, which is nice to see.

press it later, that combo generally has a lot of time to confirm, so just take it slow and confirm your buttons.

No i know that. I was just giving a random example. With j.Mk you have much less time and even less time with j.lk. so they may recover if you do it later (the St.HP or st. Mp part). It's weird. It seems like a noob mistake but I can't help but feel there is a ton of recovery after touching the ground that is just messing me up.

Disconnecting Players (aka Rage Quitters)

Yes, we are well aware of the problem of players disconnecting before the match ends to retain their League Points and their win streaks. Thanks to all of the players who have brought this to our attention.

We are working on a permanent solution to this problem, though we don’t have an exact date to share with you at the moment. That said, we are going to take direct action starting next week to punish those players who are abusing the system.

This punishment will be severe for the worst offenders, but we will need the community’s help with this. We will follow up with more details next week, but over the weekend, please record every instance of rage quitting you encounter. The best way to do this is to use the SHARE function on the PlayStation 4 after the match has concluded, though any video evidence will suffice (Twitch archives, local recordings etc.).

For some reason I have a much harder time seeing cross-ups in this game, never had it in 4. Like Bison's cross-up MK hits me all the time, just doesn't look like one.
