Honestly it was only a matter of time until something like this happened. She's been a huge issue for quite a while. Not saying that I agree or disagree with anything she's been advocating, I just think it's really unprofessional of her to be talking about this stuff through her open social media channels while working for a company with a serious family-friendly image to keep up. When you work for a company like that, especially in a high-profile public-facing position such as hers, you're representing them everywhere you go and with everything you do. If you want to talk about politics or discuss some kind of controversial topic, you need to keep it private so you don't accidentally misrepresent your company. It's just asking for stuff like this to happen.
You don't see Phil Spencer up on Twitter arguing with nerds about politics because he, while running his own personal account, knows that he needs to keep it professional. While he's on a completely different level than she is, the logic still applies.
