ugh. saw the trailer at work at we all said 'wow that looks like ghostbusters!'
20 pages of gaf saying it's the worst
How about instead of shoehorning these actors into an established franchise, you write a brand new movie for the 4 of them that people will look back on in 30 years and say shit like "Remember X? That was awesome and original"
established franchise....
ghostbusters 2 released in 1989.
"Women are not allowed to make remakes in hollywood, they are only allowed to do new movies because sexism!"
oh hey look, i made something sound sexist even though not everything is sexist just like you did.
awesome and original movies like.... SPY... or The Heat or Bridesmaids? Which all star women, are funny and original and all scored fresh on rottentomatoes (with bridesmaids and spy at or above 90%)?
Of all the times to try and drop some sexism and prejudice claims, it's on Paul Feig who basically makes his entire career in movies directing great movies starring women also exclusively women as the main characters.
The criticism is largely a load of horseshit so far best I can tell. They nailed the look, the sets the sound the sfx, pretty much everything. But it isn't exactly the 1989 ghostbusters 1 movie.
Fanboy drivel is just such nonsense.
Looks absolutely terrible. Political correctness strikes again
I mean what the fuck is this
