Does Pepper Potts still have those IM3 powers? Or after that finale, she lost her powers at the end?

Also, the entire movie needs like a contrast filter, it looks really dull... all the blacks look grey.
 
The main problem with the web shooters is the Spider-Man movies keep going the poor high school/college student Peter Parker route. If he's poor, how does he have the equipment to build the web shooters and webbing? And if he's poor, why doesn't he patent and sell what's basically a miracle material? The half-assed "it dissolves in a few hours" doesn't really make sense when there are still plenty of obvious applications for the adhesive material strong enough to keep a car attached to a bridge.

So the Raimi movies, instead of going down that rabbit hole, just made the ability to shoot spider webbing part of his spider powers. And frankly, it worked just fine.

Underoos are what children wear. He's a child. It's not about the suit, it's about him being a boy.

I've been into spider man comics my whole life pretty much and yeah, tobey and dunst missed the mark badly imo
 
Question: For RDJ and Chadwick: If Tony and T'challa got into business and started a bar together, what would they name it?

Chadwick Boseman: On The House! or First Round.

RDJ: I like the acronym “IP,” could mean “intellectual property.” More likely “Iron Panther.”

The cut at 1:42 is weird, Tony has no mask on, punches Cap, Cap flies and Tony has his mask on, then Tony puts his mask on while looking at a weird angle... Most likely different scenes edited together for bigger impact.
 
I'm trying to remember the whole Sony/Spiderman/MCU rules. Is it just Spiderman allowed in the MCU movies? Does this allow for any of his enemies/allies? Can we get a JJJ appearance in a Netflix Show?
 
Herp derp. Just realized the explosion at 38 second in is the UN and the guy on the ground afterward is Black Panther which is how he gets involved. How I missed that watching like 4 times I'll never know. Super derp.
 
Question: For Chadwick, how does it feel to play a character that lots of black kids are going to look up to? Do you feel like you're ready to take on that role?

Chadwick Boseman: I’m used to that at this point and yet it’s still overwhelming. I’m proud that kids of African descent have another superhero to look up to, but I hope that kids of many different races look up to the character.

Agreed.

And I respect that people like and prefer the shooters.

And that tilting at the windmill of 'realism' is ultimately a silly endeavour.

Still...it has never sat very well with me.
 
If I have one complaint based on the trailers, it's that the fight between both sides at the airport looks...flat? Like the lighting is just incredibly dull. I know when you're filming outside you kind of have to work with whatever the gods of film give you - but visually speaking it just looks kind of bland.
 
Question: For Chadwick. T'Challa and Tony are both wealthy high-tech charismatic geniuses - how do those qualities of money, genius, and heroism play out differently for T'Challa than for Tony?

Raimi made better films, but Garfield was a better Spider-Man.
 
Eyes aside, the ASM2 suit was god tier compared to this. Should of took a similar design and just gave him the eyes.

Still, hyped as fuck to see this movie and Spidey in MCU.
 
I wonder if there's a Doomsday-type villain in the movie that shows up at the end.

Doubt it's Thanos since there are still a couple of movies away from Infinity War.
 
The moving eyes kind of freak me out. It's like he's wearing massive amounts of eyeliner. Give me the Toby suit with bigger eyes.

Movie looks good though.

I want a slightly mellowed-out version of the Bagley suit eyes. Loved that look.

Let's be real, MCU villains are pretty weak. Spidey was the one reveal this movie has been hyping people for.

Still think they should have saved it for the movie itself but whatever THERE HE IS AND HES REAL
