I think Stark finds him running around in a red hoody and a ski mask or some shit for his reveal. They talk, Tony says "And I'll have to do something about that suit"
We won't see him again until that moment in the trailer which is the first reveal of 'full costume' Spidey.
Just my prediction.

I'm definitely sticking with my theory that
Spidey is the replacement for Black Widow once she reveals herself to be a double agent for Cap. Tony will have known all along.
Hes the best lead of any of the 21st cent Superhero films.
Mark Bagley classic design. It's my fave as well but I appreciate the OG design here. I'm sure they'll iterate on it by the end.
If it's anything like the comics they'll have the pro-registration side literally behave like supervillains to try and create some equilibrium.
The trailer is great, but the ASM2 costume is miles better and would have fit the MCU aesthetic much better too.

Really enjoyed the previous Captain America so was already interested in this one, Spiderman's presence just makes me more interested

They've already shown in the trailer. It looks like he's creating a Supers prison similar to the Negative Zone. As usual Stark is taking a good thing to an extreme level.
Toby's Peter in the first two movies was okay, nothing great. Garfield wasn't a very good Parker.

Spidey is overshadowing everything, but Steve's "I could do this all day" line at the end there is a really nice callback to his beginnings.
