I really hope there isn't a central villain in this movie and they stick with the Cap vs Tony conflict until the end. I would hate for this to end with them just pulling a potential Dawn of Justice and just deciding to work together against the common threat.

It's hard to see how it won't end like that, but Winter Soldier proved there could be a great Marvel movie without the standard big baddy and be more character focused.

Did you read the Secret Wars SM books? Apparently Marvel believes that even a few months without Spider-Man causes New York to descend into chaos. In Reign it was decades since he'd worn the mask.

It "changes the distance between atoms", i.e. the density. Everything should have a constant weight.

Russo Bros confirmed that she can't fly, she can only use energy to push herself off the ground. That's one of the limitations her powers have (the article they mention it is the characters finding out about their limits, SW can't fly, for example).

That's the problem with Antman. He's supposed to be super strong because he retains his 'normal' momentum in a tiny concentrated form, but momentum requires mass. So when he's running on that dude's gun in Ant-Man, the guy's arms should drop like a stone.

But, you know, comic book logic.

Baron Zemo is doing something in this movie. He's not going to get in-costume and fight everyone in the end, but he's probably manipulating everyone along the way to do as much damage to each other as possible.
