Captain America: Civil War - Final Trailer

Looks like Natasha tbh, but can't tell. Everyone seems pretty desperate here. Maybe she fucked Tony's team and betrayed them, and Tony put her on ice to get her out of the picture.

The opening where the guards unlock the door and it swings open, to me it looks like a Hydra symbol.

Maybe it's just a random prisoner who is there while Cap is freeing Bucky? I don't know. I'm looking too deep at things right now. I need to back away. lol

The casualty counts seem low. They say:

New York: 74
Washington: 23
Sokovia: 177

I mean I'm not advocating for mass giant city destruction and death, but from what we saw to have less than 300 casualties seems low.

Government coverup.

Ordered Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy from Amazon just now, long overdue, but mostly thanks to hype. I looked at my Blu-ray collection and realized I don't really have any Marvel movies except that one with Paul Rudd.

I'm glad they included Spidey but I am also wondering why they changed the suit especially when they had it almost perfect with the second Amazing Spider-Man movie. It really reminds me of the first ASM movie suit where they changed it just to be different. Doesn't Stark make him a suit in the comics? I'm hoping this is a prototype.

I do like the eyes, bright colors, big spider symbol on the back, and the small spider symbol in the front which remind me of the older comics. I think making the eyes move through some sort of tech would work explaining why they move. They should just keep all of that and the rest simple like they did in the second ASM movie where they followed the suit in the comics more closely. Other than the suit, I am hyped to see what they do with Spider-Man.

I have to assume no bad guys were counted in those numbers. Alot of Hydra Goons died around the Triskelion, and Chintari Lives Don't Count. Marvel went out of their way to show that they cared about faceless people in A2. I'd say Hulk in South Afriwakanda killed more people than the Washington attack.

I've seen rumors that the numbers are in the thousands and that those are just a shortening. I hope that's true because yeah, Sokovia having less than 200 deaths is a lie.

Incredible trailer, waaaay better than the recent batman v superman one. Spidey finally in the MCU, so awesome so awesome.

As Jay Bauman said on Twitter, imagine how hype that Spiderman scene would have been had it not been spoiled in the trailer.

At most, that's only going to be the intro to Spider-Man in that suit. At least, it's just his intro to Cap.

We still get a Peter intro, the first time seeing him in his home made suit, first time seeing him swing (huge deal) and use his powers (especially if we get to see a new interpretation of his spider sense that calls back to the comics more). Yeah, hardly much of a spoil for me.

It just popped in my mind. "I can do this all day" will be a line that introduces Bucky to the fight Cap and Tony are having, mirroring the scene from CA1. Tony's winning over Cap, Bucky joins and flips the script.

That seems like a long way to go in a Captain America movie. Are you sure that's all in here?

It is probably the other way around.

I could see 7,4000 deaths in NYC, as those large things were just flying through skyscrapers like they were paper thin. Outside shot of 74,000. But I just don't see number shortening used without some sort of visual sign that it's a "shortened number", like a decimal point and a "K."

I know it wouldn't fit the MCU, but it would be hype as fuck if Toby was back.

his parker's interactions with tony stark would be THE BEST. eclipsing the banner/stark stuff by a landslide.

i wonder how tom holland will do. i think andrew garfield and emma stone did a fine job but their scripts led parker to being a bit of a shit outside of the suit.

We already got confirmation from Feige about the home made suit. Everything else I was talking about the way it's portrayed in the MCU (this version of Spider-Man) rather than in some origin story sense.

The first time we see him busting out some comic book poses while swinging or his spider sense going off will be hype. Pete's actual intro might also be cool and unexpected like some photographer kid appearing on the scene of some Avengers related ordeal or meeting Tony at some Stark Expo type event and geeking out about the tech.
