Captain America: Civil War - Final Trailer

Two things Civil War and BVS have done well is hiding the actual plot. While people may complain that they know the entire plot of BVS, that's simply not true. Civil War, Zemo is in it yet we ain't seen anything about him. So much stuff we aint seen from both movies

In the comics, Tony, Reed, and Hank got the brilliant idea that the best way to win the love and respect of their fellow heroes would to be build a jail -in the Negative Zone- to lock their friends away if they didn't agree. It was... something. :P
Well, Reed is just a flat out asshole and Hank is mentally unstable. Tony is just a lovable jerk that is easily steered down the wrong path.

100% agree. How did this get messed up so badly?

watch a less compressed trailer... its surprising how different it looks. the first trailer i saw he looked super digital and CGI, but the second trailer i saw looked more natural... weird.

Incredible. I was floored. I showed me girlfriend (who enjoys the marvel formula but who isn't fangirl of) and she was floored.

We hope the Russos can put it together and make us not wish Spidey was in more of it.

Reed isn't an asshole, he's just too eager to please when he has a solution to a "problem". Tony's problem is that of the three, he is the one who should see why bad ideas are bad, but he enables his friends to go on the wrong path anyway because it suits his purpose. Every. Single. Time.

Yep, cause Tom Holland was not on set when they were filming that sequence. The press was all over that with spy photos while they were shooting and Spider-Man was nowhere to be seen.

Doesn't mean they couldn't have green screened him in later.

The shot of Cap's team running has clearly been pieced together from different shots of actors and even had the background swapped if you compare the shot in the last trailer to this one.

People keep calling it CG, but due to the material and how the lighting can look off even with practical effects when it is later added with green screen, I wouldn't be so quick to assume it's all CG, especially when people say it looks cheap, but YouTube compression distorts all the texture detail in the material, which score more points for an actual guy in a suit imo. It could also just be a guy in a stunt suit.

I thought it was 4 now with Adam Brashear rivaling them.

I do not get the spidey look and sound complaints. you're simply wrong

ill admit the eyes threw me for a second. all my life ive wanted eye expressions like this in movies (deadpool was amazing) but having this be the first spiderman thats done it made it feel out of place for some weird reason... i feel the actual truth is much easier to swallow though, that theyre mechanical apertures that expand and contract... it grounds it in the marvel universe were used to.

Deadpool got away with it because its fucking deadpool... nothing about that was supposed to make it feel grounded... it was a love letter to the comic book fans.

How should a 16 year old teen sound?
The voice doesn't bother me so much, actually. It's just the fake-ness of how Spider-Man looks amongst the rest of them. I'm just hoping its early CGI, I watched the HD trailer and he looks a little bit better but still he looks pretty bright. Like right out of a videogame. Uncanny valley.

Well, I also have a bunch of friends in the VFX industry and my Facebook has been blowing up today with them posting that Spidey was what they've been working on for the trailer.

Wonder is what the point of them lining up on 2 sides and running into battle. Looks more like a high school war. What happens after that? I beat you so you go back to jail?

It's at an airport, right? Maybe Cap's side is trying to grab a plane to leave the country, and they get caught. Then you dash at each other and fight.
