This random attack on Bernie supporters makes no sense and reads as a childish "you are a racist for supporting Bernie" attack in regards to the topic at hand. It's literally completely off the topic. The two are nothing alike outside of being "out of the establishment". Anyone supporting Bernie for that reason alone and would so willingly switch to Drumpf, never cared for the issues in the first place.
And I've literally only seen like two fucking people here on Gaf that would fit this description. Outside of Gaf I also barely see it. Hillary may not be as appealing an option as Bernie but at least she's still liberal in a sense and somewhat similar to Bernie. Much better than anything the Republicans are offering or ever will offer. Fricking Hillary Gaf. Getting really tired of these blatant attacks being made on fellow Democrats who want more or less many similar things. It's behavior similar to Drumpf's own bullying he does during the debates, in all honesty. None of us need this nonsense. This behavior actively works towards attempting to break the Democratic party.

It's because their criticisms of Sanders ring hollow when Hillary pivots to encompass all of his issues. Attacking Sanders is attacking Hillary in a sense so they attack his supporters while Sanders supporters for the most part sick to criticizing Hillary's actions and positions, most of which were center right prior to Sanders entering the race.

It's making fun of Bernie Sanders supporters who plan on voting for Trump if Bernie doesn't get in. If you weren't so militant about it you would have very easily understood what was being expressed.

The amount of fuck-all the media and RNC is doing about this shit is baffling.

Here's the RNC, which is allegedly having meltdowns because they don't know how to stop Trump. Here, RNC, HERE'S how to stop him. It's staring at you right in the face. Obviously racially charged altercations happening in Republican-branded rally fueled by a guy that revels in and encourages violence. It's incredibly easy to start making a big deal out of it and spreading the message that "this is not what the GOP stands for". It'll be hypocritical, sure, but you get to claim moral superiority AND you get to antagonize Trump over shit he's clearly doing wrong and cannot defend. It's braindead easy to start putting in ultimatums about Trump stopping this shitty messaging and doing something about the violence breaking out at rallies. It's easy to coach Marco and Kasich to go in on this shit and not let go. Yet you do NOTHING.

Here's the media, which continues to paint Trump as "unstoppable", claims every shitty things he does as "this won't hurt him", and everyone wonders why when Trump says childish shit it's a "takedown", when Marco does it it "hurts him (Marco)". You know why? Because you give Trump a pass on every fucking thing. You bring this up debates, you take his bullshit answer where he's clearly lying like a sack of shit, and you say "OK LET'S MOVE ON NEXT QUESTION". You COULD press him on this. You could interview the guy that was kicked out and make it a big deal. You could keep a running tally of what's happening. But you don't do any of that shit because you want Trump to stay there saying stupid shit because he gets you ratings.

Everyone in power to do something is complicit in keeping Trump at the top because it benefits them in some way or another. Don't believe any bullshit lies about how the RNC "wants to stop Trump" or any half-assed media "analysis" on this. People are getting physically assaulted and race relations are imploding with each rally this piece of shit is doing and everyone is going "AAAH WHAT'RE YOU GONNA DO ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"

If Trump gets elected, you deserve it, America. You completely fucking deserve him.

I understood what was being expressed. I made very clear I understood what was being expressed. My issue is with what is being expressed itself. It's a childish attack on Bernie supporters that Hillary Gaf has done non-stop that achieves nothing more than belittlement of people who support another option first and foremost. The attack in combination with the topic makes it clear what the message is here. You are racist for supporting Bernie. Which is the most ridiculous "joke" I've heard regarding politics in some time. I'm not "militant" for being really tired of the way Hillary Gaf treats their fellow Democrats.

Did you even read what I initially said regarding anyone voting Drumpf if Bernie doesn't get the nom.? They don't truly care for the issues. My argument is that this "joke" (literally calling fellow Democrats racist for supporting Bernie) is nothing but trite nonsense that's repeated en mass and pushed around as a truth of the majority of Bernie supporters by Hillary Gaf. It's nothing more than a blatant attack and it literally has nothing to do with the rest of the OPs post.

I think you haven't paid much attention to political threads on Gaf. This "You're racist for supporting Bernie" argument is pushed around all the time. It's not "imagining" anything. I'm calling this nonsense out for what it is.

No, respond to what I am saying. How does a statement that mocks Bernie supporters whose secondary is Trump mock all Bernie supporters? By this logic, it stands to reason that criticizing Bernie supporters who plan to vote for Trump means that you're criticizing all Bernie supporters. You're creating a link between mocking Bernie supporters to mocking a specific group of Bernie supporters where there is none, and the only reasons to do this are

1. If you're a member of that specific group of Bernie supporters or
2. You're just extra paranoid about anything negative about Bernie

It's an argument that applies to a very very small amount of Bernie supporters that is applied to the whole. Every single time we see a different blanket attack on Bernie supporters here in Gaf.

This isn't me being paranoid or arguing that I will vote for Drumpf (again, did you even read my first post? I stated I would settle for Hillary there. Can you show me objective, factual proof that TC was intending to speak of all Bernie supporters in this way as opposed to literally calling out those Bernie supporters who plan to vote for Trump in the general if Bernie doesn't make it in? If you're not able to do that, then yes, you are absolutely, 100% being paranoid.

I don't see why everyone is so shocked. This is America. Donald is just a stethoscope letting us hear how much hatred is still thumping along inside this country. It certainly never stopped, and what we're seeing now is incredibly tame compared to what bigots of one or two generations removed engaged in.

I expect his rallies to grow more outrageous.
