Just voted for Bernie in Ohio. Actually rented a van and bussed in some elderly Bernie voters from out in the county who couldn't make it themselves to participate. So, +7 in Lawrence county. (+8 once my brother gets off work.)

This is awesome. Another reason we need Internet voting asap :p

After the smoke clears, whose political career/running for president again do you think Trump damaged the most?

Rubio, Bush or Cruz?
Rubio.

Bush already wasn't catching fire, even without The Donald, and when he bowed out he just went back to retirement; and in defeat he attained the status of noble failure (undeserved, but still).

Cruz is doing okay anyway.

Rubio has had his reputation and promising career totally shredded, is about to be humiliated in his home state, and has vacated his Senate seat. He's still a young man, but it's over for him.

Thank you. That's an awesome thing to do. Edit: I see there's like 5 replies saying the same thing. I guess it can't be said enough though.

Soon Marco Rubio's humiliation will be complete.

Well, not quite -- the final blow will be in November when Rep. Patrick Murphy hopefully wins his Senate seat.
Gotta make sure Alan Grayson doesn't win the primary first.

Fuck that guy. Gave some straight talk about healthcare like six years ago and now he acts like he's liberal Jesus.

Murphy is polling ahead and has Obama and Biden's endorsements. I expect the DNC will do whatever it takes to keep Grayson from winning; talk about pissing away a potential win he was the nominee.

Someone should gif Trump and Rubio in that Dark Knight Rises gif where Bane talks to Bruce with a broken back, telling him he'll give him permission to die soon enough. Put a picture of Florida on the TV.

Voted for Hillary in NC last Saturday. I really like what Bernie says on some things but I want an operator, not an idealist, at the helm. Hillary is also much more likely to get fed up with GOP bullshit and go off the bipartisan happy train fast and with efficacy, which is where bammers has been operating effectively for years.

She's a tremendous consensus builder and I expect her to surround, isolate, and destroy the GOP in detail over the next eight years.

I'm not sure if I want Trump to lose Ohio and Missouri tonight. I want Trump to be the weakest, most hobbled candidate possible (and therefore to win the nomination on the 36th ballot). But I still want him to get the nomination and don't want to have him lose tonight and not get it. I have a feeling though that it's going to work out one way or another.

I've looked around a little bit but I can't find why people dislike Alan Grayson. He's seems well-spoken on the few times I've seen him on talk shows. What's his deal?

Just finished up in Illinois. Not many people in my district, let alone at 1:30. I think I was the only young person in there too. But no worries! As a first time voter (I'm 20) it feels great to have some sort of impact. Go Bernie!

Awesome. If you're on Facebook be sure to shame everyone for not/into voting =)

Ohio is going to be crazy. Most polls are showing either a statistical tie between Trump/Kasich, or Kasich coming out a hair ahead.

guy rushin the stage to attack him but didnt get on the stage . trump said they took him out hard

my favorite part is when they form a diamond around him that is the best gif moment to me

BmljJ9A.gif
needs four heads on them, maybe carson, chris and a couple more, palin

I've watched this 100 times (including the one that isn't cropped and you can see further toward the floor) and I still can't see the guy rush the stage. Can someone circle it in the image, or point out where I'm supposed to be looking? Or is there another camera angle that shows it better?

One more spark to make Ohio even crazier on both sides. Among early voters in Cuyahoga country, over 15% of Democratic voters are requesting GOP ballots. Currently it's just talk coming out of Twitter, but if it extrapolates across the state - that's a huge flux that no polling would account for.
Presumably, they're voting for Kaisch as an anti-Trump move. But it's unclear who they're giving up their vote for in the process.

If I had to guess, I'd say this is what lets Bernie take Ohio.

While you're certainly entitled to your own opinion. Sanders actually accomplished quite a bit in his time in Congress. He pushed through some important pieces of legislation. He also his entire career has proposed hundreds of rejected bills that don't make it through. Any senator compared to Clinton is not going to be as accomplished. She was married to the president and has been in the national spotlight for almost 30 years now so her voice was heard. Sanders has been working in a predominantly republican dominated Congress since he has been in Congress. He has pushed through legislation with the help of republicans and Democrats while being an independent senator which had no party backing. I imagine if he was president and backing of the democratic party, he would have the power and influence to accomplish a lot more. He also has indicated that he would be treating some subjects such as Climate Change as major threats to the Nation and using executive orders to push through his climate change legislation. Sanders was present in Congress throughout Obama's run for president and is acutely aware of the Republicans obstructionism.

However, it's great that you ended up going out to vote. That's the important part and I'll be voting for Clinton in the GE.

MSNBC saying that the polling location they're at usually only has 6% Dem to Rep crossover voting. This time it's 6 times that amount and many are supporting Trump.

Hmmm.... Clinton supporters who think she's guaranteed to win? Sanders fans who think their vote is useless and he is going to lose? Or a lot of people just want to see America burn?

Doesn't Rubio have a shot at Florida Governor down the line? Then he could run for prez again in the 2020s.

We just need Oregon's vote by mail system to go national. (We're opt-out voter registration when you get a driver's license, as well.)

Colorado is now all vote by mail. This will be the first presidential election with it too which might make things really different in the swing state. Personally, I think that's what saved Governor Hickenlooper during the midterms, but I have no proof of this. I'm fully expecting Colorado to go blue this time.
