I liked it lol, it's not terrible.
Liked these shots.

Disappointing and Mystique leading the Xmen, Sansa as Jean...

I wonder if Jean has a scene telling Katniss that she's a, "stupid girl, a stupid little girl with stupid dreams who never learns"..

Yeah just rewatched the DoFP trailer and other than the "Please, we need you to believe again" line it's pretty eh too.

I'll just watch the movie, it'll probably be half decent.

Lack of Jubilee leads me to believe she is in it for a smooth 5 minutes.

Nobody but Magneto, X and Mystique (and maybe Apoc) are getting more than 10 minutes of screen time.

You mean best. Singer has a better track record than the other superhero film directors that have films coming out this year, as far as I'm concerned.

While they only have one superhero movie on their belt thus far, the Russo's are the safest bet for hitting it out of the park at the moment.

looks fun!

also, it feels strange saying this, but I kind of hate that I recognize all of the actors. it's hard to not think of their other roles. i've never had this problem before but it actually bothers me here funny enough, hah.

Yeah, how does this look cheaper than deadpool? The lighting just looks so bad, and that psylocke move looks so on strings, choreography just looks pedestrian.

The scene with the missiles launching was cringe inducing, I actually physically cringed watching it.

It looks like an effect used in a TV pilot.

Are they ever going to explain why out and proud mutant Mystique instead of being true blue is constantly in her cute white girl guise?

I also still hate Apocalypse's look. The whole blue being is just so dumb. Even if it's faithful to the comic book, it just looks dumb. Especially with Oscar Isaac. Who OKs slathering on all that shitty makeup on that glorious man.

Hmm, I might be in the minority on this, but I liked Isaac's raw voice as Apocalypse in the last trailer. Not a fan of the filter they put on him this time; couldn't even understand some of his first lines in this.

Shame as well cause they nailed her look. Kinda hope she just comes in during that final battle and helps turn the tide lol.

Still I'm hyped for the movie reguardless.

I take it the CGI isn't changing then, with only two months till release.

Some of those shots are shocking, and not in a good way. I'm gobsmacked they think that shot of Quicksilver running through lots of places looks acceptable.

I liked the trailer. I'm not Civil War hyped, but I liked the previous Xmen movies, so I'll give this one a shot too :)

Outside of Spider-man, the X-Men were my favourite comic growing up yet I somehow have absolutely zero hype for this movie. I loved X-Men 1 & 2 despite their flaws, and I enjoyed X-Men: First Class as a one-off diversion. Days of Future Past was enjoyable on it's first viewing but we ultimately disappointing. Finally, this movie looks like crap and I officially give zero fucks about any of the characters.

I think this is the end of this X-Men cinematic universe. We will see Wolverine's final hurrah and I'm sure Gambit will end up being the 'Green Lantern-bookend' to this series of movies. I'm sure we will see a reboot in the early 2020s.

people shat on DOFP before it came out and it ended up being the best comic book movie the year it came out so i'd hold off on giving this any shit until I read some impressions and reviews on it first

So bad. Can't wait for this franchise to be in the hands of another director. It's just old stale Bryan Singer shit.

A lot of negative reactions to the trailer I see. I think it looks great and am very excited to watch it. Not as much as Civil War but I'm confident it'll be entertaining enough.

Well, that's a very severe opinion. The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy came out that year.

That callback conversation from the first film was easily the best thing in the trailer.

Hearing that really made me smile. Mcavoy and Fassbender are indeed worthy successors to Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen when it comes to these characters. Stewart and McKellen were easily the best parts of the original X-men films and Mcavoy and Fassbender are easily the best parts of these new films.
