I think it will just be one of those movies that is mixed on Gaf. I'm sure DOFP was/is as well.

I still don't understand why they've even bothered. What made him being a horseman so imposing and scary and meaningful in the initial run, which this is based on, is his long and storied history as an X-Man.
He's never even gotten a scene as an unnamed random "oh shit look it's Angel" moment in the new movies. It's not the same.

Trailer looked good and from the looks of it they seem to show Celestial tech as well? looking forward to seeing how that is handled and Giant Apocalypse scene looked great

Holy shit that was bad. What was happening in the scene with the Care Bear tummy power thing? My does the film look oversaturated and cartoony? Why does the villain look like he's out of the Power Ranger Movie? Why are they using such flat lighting on Mystique (it truely makes the makeup/consume look bad). Who the hell is the DP on this and why are they incompetent?

The best directed Xmen movie is the only one he didn't direct. I would even put Deadpool slightly above his best movie he made, which was the recent one.

After seeing the trailer I'd give the movie a 6/10
In all honesty it could go either way, I haven't been pumped over any of the trailers but it could be a very good movie. Singer is great, he made X2 and Days of Future Past which were fantastic so until further notice I don't have much pause for concern for the actual movie. Lots of kneejerk as usual though.
I really don't like Lawrence in this role though and I'm mostly a fan of her performances. Just feels very weak, like contractual acting while you have actors like McAvoy pouring a hell of a lot more into it.

That doesn't even look like Olivia Munn, it looks like her stunt double. If you pause during the fight scene in the trailer, it's clearly not her either.
