I'm guessing it's a lot of fat that does world building but they had to trim it. We know Jena was cut and that one football player as well. Maybe Amboyer and some more knightmare stuff will show up. 30 minutes is a lot of cut stuff.

I really really like the score.
There are two scenes, oddly neither action-oriented, that are vividly linked in my head with the score.
The intro. And Lex's... "intro" let's say
I don't really cry. I get why people would. Though I did well up on my way home, just... I mean it only then dawned on me that I got to go to a premiere of a brand new Batman movie.
I honestly don't think so. Which is odd...
since they give him like a mini heroic montage (where you see him pulling out the ship, saving the space ship and one other thing) felt would have been a good time for the score to be blasting
See again with the misleading bit. It makes it seem like Superman is an aggressor in the fight!

Hey, in addition to my "This is My World" score question - what is the intro like, anyway. I liked how Man of Steel started quite a bit. Is it just logos fading up? Are we swirling around inside some weird ourobouros of stone-looking structures again?
That does not look misleading at all. Batman seems like he is instigating.

I think what Penguin means (and he is free to correct me) is that the trailers have made it seem like Superman is being aggressive and the odds are stacked against Batman when in reality Batman is the aggressor and Superman basically lets Batman beat him up.

Speaking of, I guess haven't touched on many negatives... and there are a few. And I think one of them is how big reveals either fall flat or aren't treated as special.
Like Superman confronts Batman on the roof and calls him Bruce, as far as I can tell, it was the first time we learned that Superman knew Batman's identity. And felt should have been a bigger moment for either character.
Also, you're gonna have to go with some Arkham Knight logic in some of the chaos Batman creates to say dude didn't rack up a body count.
Like noted before, no idea why Wonder Woman couldn't use the spear on Doomsday.
The first 30 mins or so feels very disjointed. Since need to intro all the characters and every single one of them start from a diff place, but as the movie goes on and storylines start intersecting, it's fun.
Hmm what else. Oh sometimes the score overpowers some scenes where can hardly hear what the person is saying.

There's a few endings to this movie. After his death. One being a key to setting up Justice League.
And the credits has various themes from the score playing.

Because of the event, we get priority access. People that got the passes from other means, either giveaways or what have you, are just standard admission.
Any sign of Bat white eyes? Are you excited for the DC? IS the Knightmare really that out of place?
I'm still lost on that part because nothing I've found has pointed to any sort of opportunity for other venues to give tickets out for tonight

Huh, yeah, forgot to ask about this. There was some sort of cowl cross-section that showed lenses coming down in front of Batman's eyes, but I figured that was solely for the armor suit, not the regular one. But then someone told me that cowl on display was the normal one.
So basically - does he ever have white eyes in his regular costume?
This is weird, as the tech cowl supposedly is made for lowering the lenses and activating detective mode. Oh well, maybe i Suicide Squad. For the other thing, hopefullly the DC extends that part.
Sounds like something that got cut from the theatrical release. Not absolutely needed as scene so it got cut, but definitely would have been nice to have.
There are pictures of the batcave where you can see the armored suit (at least the chest piece) displayed. I assume this is one of those Snyder things where he doesn't explicitly tell you something but if you see everything you'll understand. In this case, he's had the suit a long time.
Oh two more things, I guess thinking through things today
They really do try to drive home that a lot of the damage to Metropolis was done before Superman even returned. Like the damage from the World Engine and then the ship crashing down.
Granted, Superman and Zod's re-entry and stuff does a lot of damage as well.
Poor Bruce.
The other thing is, the marketing, to me anyhow, always made it seem like Superman was being held accountable for the end of MoS. But actually other incidents in this film, which make a lot more sense since very gray area with his... jurisdiction

Yeah, I'm wondering that myself.
The early access ticket says you can go to the front of the line but the line goes in 30 minutes prior to the movie starting.
Do I even really have to show up that early if there were only about 15 people at the event last year? Like, who will I be getting in before anyway?
The fine print also mentions press seating, even though that's tomorrow (and by all accounts every thing suggests no press have passes for tonight) so I assume it's just standard verbatim used from WB for tickets.

In Johns' Earth One, he tweaked her from originally being a Kane to being an Arkham, and added this wrinkle that her family was almost cursed like the Kennedys, and ostracized by the upper-class families of Gotham. Thought that was kinda neat.

Well yeah, no shit. Did anyone watch Man of Steel? The city was a crater by the time Superman even arrived.
So in thinking about it I really don't mind that Batman basically gets to beat the shit out of Superman. However I do hope it is at least made somewhat obvious that Superman let that happen. And the "If I wanted it you'd be dead already" remark doesn't really count.

I kinda hope they don't go Darkseid since people are already gonna get lots of Thanos and Apocalypse before hand. I rather them go Legion of Doom first, and leverage all the DC villains. Then have them team up later to oppose Darkseid and/or Brainiac. And, they won't, so we'll keep getting annoying comparisons.
