I have a hard time understanding the "we started at nothing and look where we are now" loser spin Bernie always uses.

Of course when nobody knew about you and the campaign hadn't really started you were nowhere in the poll in comparison to known-quantity Hillary. That doesn't mean shit if you lose in the end.

I don't know if I should post this or not... But I am not under any NDA so here it goes.

My aunt is a super delegate for the democratic party and is supporting Hilary Clinton. She just talked with Father and shared some interesting insight on this election.

The super delegates Democratic party is scared that Hilary will lose against Trump if he is nomination for the Republican party. This is due to the middle America might side with Trump due to fear mongering, which is attracting a lot of unemployed Democrats for the Republican party. This especially true in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana.

What do you guys think about this?

It says a lot about a person in how they handle losing, and bernie going kicking screaming and stumping while talking out of his ass, is really unbecoming. Hope he drops out soon, just getting worse and worse

Did Clinton thank Sanders?

I've seen her thank Sanders. During the first Super Tuesday (when she basically clinched it) she thanked him for running a great campaign right away.

Not sure if she's thanked him in speeches after it, but it's a pretty standard thing to say in victory speeches so it's likely she did.

Ain't happening, rest assured. If Trump hadn't gone full racist he may have had a chance.

That sounds weird and hasn't bore out in the polls so far. I don't know.

Didn't Bernie need to win everything tonight by large margins to even hope for a come back?

I really don't understand why he refuses to drop out.

Him losing AZ by 20pts is just another dagger.

At what point is Bernie hurting the party/his career by continuing to run a campaign that's on a downturn like this?

He's obviously going to win Cali so hard, he will make Hillary nonviable and get all the delegates

He'll definitely catch up then!

Not a chance. Trump needs 70% of the white male vote. No GOP candidate has ever done that, not even Reagan.

I think you are making this up.

I thought it was a bit rude that CNN cut him off, but I can see why they did it now, this is pretty boring.

When you can take his speech and replace it with a tape of literally any other speech that he's given after a primary and not tell the difference, then there's no point showing it.

It's kinda weird seeing all these negative comments regarding a speech from people who I assume would normally wholeheartedly support all the points in said speech.

We've heard it all before. Several times. How's it weird to not want to hear it again?

I think Trump loses in a historic landslide. The Democrats take the Senate and quite possibly the House.

I absolutely agree with everything he is saying. I have no problem with the content of it. I'm sorry if I sound cranky but I've heard it before a lot, and his chances of winning just got narrower than ever. That's where I think most of the salt comes from.

I'd also expect a losing candidate to try and focus on some other aspects of their campaign. Not change their platform necessarily (though that's okay too) but focus on other aspects when it's obvious your current speech isn't working.

I support fighting against animal cruelty, but that doesn't mean I don't change the channel when I see the Sarah McLachlan ad for the fifteenth thousandth time.

Serious question: Why should they feel obligated to stick with airing the stump speech from the guy that's lost but won't drop out?

I agree in general, but CNN breathlessly covers Trump's every burp and fart, so they have little ground to stand on here.

But Macho... tomorrow is when Bernie starts to turn it around. For real this time unlike all the over times. And you know it's going to really happen this time because...

I mean, it's fine if you don't want to hear it again, but if these are core beliefs, then I assume these are things you would want to hear again and again (in one form or another) for as long as you keep holding those beliefs dear to you.

I guess the crux of the matter is you'd rather not hear it from him. At this time.

Meh, I respect the man for not dropping. I really hope he takes it all the way. Least it drives a message home if he runs independent and takes a few democratic voters a away.

At this point it's just a broken record about basically "gaining" momentum and with his chances of the nom are dwindling to the point of impossible fast it's getting tiresome. Cutting away from his speech is basically:
