No More Heroes 2 "Philistine" (aka Margaret song). Seriously, I cannot get that song out of my head. It's catchy as hell.

Video game songs don't get much better than the bathroom song from Parappa the Rapper, as far as I'm concerned. I loved how all the characters from previous levels got to sing a verse, and the concept of poor Parapa having to rap his way up a restroom queue in an effort to avoid shitting his pants was pure brilliance.

Pretty much. I don't think I've heard a VG lyrical song selection that's even in the same league. Ar Tonelico -is- the music.
 
Had to bump for the murderous lack of Sakura from Xenosaga II. Hypnotically beautiful melody. This one's the Kajiuran language version. There's an English version I just can't seem to find.

EDIT: found the English version. Not a fan of the English lyrics but the orchestral back-up is just uh-mazing.

Also, Hepatica KOSMOS has lyrics in it, although in Kajiuran, too. But damn, the vocals -- so heavenly.
