Huffington Post writer doesn't get the joke.
I like the move but I wonder if this is legal for them to do (blocking a whole state from using their website).
Good? Ummm..What do hamsters have to do with porn? Actually, nevermind..
To be honest banning an entire population for their governments poor decision seems a bit too far.

A site with "shemale" as one of their categories?
Ok.
Whoa that's fucking harsh.
A site with "shemale" as one of their categories?
Ok.

Hahaha
Girls with penises is a fetus for a lot of people.

Goddamn
You mean all of them? Not that I'm a fan of the term either.
Seriously, this is a sucky problem that the porn industry has. I mean good on XHamster for making a big move for the sake of LGBT people, but I'd love it if they didn't use such offensive terminology.
Hah hah. Despite not being a fan of the stupid slang for trans porn this is pretty funny.FWIW you can still view the website and watch all its "research material", you are just greeted with this blurb when you access it.

Okay, girls with penises is one thing, but uh fetuses?
Hmmm...
Using businesses to launch siege warfare on states is interesting and perhaps problematic because businesses should overall not take strongly opinionated stances outside it's direct business (at least if you don't believe in the idea of corporate personhood). For now, I'll enjoy this for what it is but the overall trend is a bit unsettling.
Maybe attempt to buck the trend then if they're so sympathetic to the community. I'm sure they could at least consider it.To be fair it's not like Xhamster coined the term themselves, it's just what all of the porn industry labels it so it becomes the top tag for it on video hosting sites.

Or they could just get free publicity doing this.
they go into xhamster straight, come out gay
you tell me, what's going on?
*pops valium*
Brilliant way to raise awareness. Just sayin if I was in NC and I didn't know what was going on, Id certainly know now. Xhamster is dopeThat's clever. Porn is what keeps the world turning around, so disrupting a North Carolina person's regular activity will get them to notice "hey maybe we should take that law down...".
It's a porn siteNow what about they stop using the term " shemale " and switch it for " transwomen " (someone correct me if i'm wrong) ?
It's weird to defend trans rights and still call it " shemale " porn.

I think they all use that word. Pornhub, youporn, etc. :-\
What. Businesses have been influencing politics since forever.
