I was just assuming Rockstar because that's the only developer I could think of with that name. Plus, they're owned by Take 2 so it would have been impossible.

And yeah, I was researching "Lockstarter" and "Lazyeye" to see what popped up and got no results. Could they just be two new studios?

I think he would've just said there'll be games from two new studios is that's the case. Those are codenames, but I still don't believe them.

Yeah, there will always be some worry with any sort of revival but I'm all for the risk. If they bring it back and it fails, well, at least they tried. If it is a success through and through, great!

9. Third Person IP which is big budget is coming and it's set in the Indian subcontinent. Mentioning this because I feel it's quite notable something big is going this route. I don't think I've ever seen a big title in this kind of setting. I find it very surprising, but also very exciting. Western developed.

I'm sure it is, they had problems with the development like TLG. they stopped development because GTAV was more important, I guess they started at zero and developing it on PS4.
