Too many large colleges in this state full of students wanting free tuition I guess
Whether it's what we should aspire to or not is pointless since the way the US is set up by the constitution it literally can not support more than 2 major parties. So unless you think an amendment will change how our entire congress is set up (it won't), you need to work with the system. Not wanting to work from inside the system when it's by far the most efficient and fastest way to success isn't praiseworthy. It's just stupid
I get you but here's my position and I know we'll likely disagree.
I don't think the two party system is all we should aspire to. The reality right now may be Democrat or republican, but there are those who want it to be more than that and see issues with both the democratic party and the republican party. Many (Stein or Flowers) don't want to innovate those parties from within, but rather, start something from the outside. Bernie evidently disagrees.
There's the disagreement. Many see it as the only option when both democrats and republicans are as far to the right as they are compared to so many other modern nations.
I'd say the same about hilary supporters lol but they're all here on Gaf or too old to use a computer lol
nobody cares about your anecdotal stories broooo
Fox saying Trump is going to speak soon, but no link on their site that I can find. Wonder if he's waiting until after Cruz talks.
As a Floridian, this state is seemingly voting Trump in the GE. Everyday I see more and more Trump sticks signs. And I'm not even in the rural areas, I'm in South Florida.

Remember this? HILLARY FREES DELEGATES TO UNITE BEHIND OBAMA
Bernie needs to be doing this, not Hillary. Hillary has already been saying "there's more that unites us than divides us" talking to Sanders supporters. Bernie needs to tell his crowds to support Hillary instead of making money laundering accusations
This song playing for the Cruz speech is kinda depressing.
That date for that says August 8th. Not May. She still stuck it out till the end.

He's going to wait until Cruz starts, then start his forcing the networks to make a choice. They will choose Trump.

I think he'll wait to see what Cruz says and decide if he should use the "Cruz Conceeds" speech, or the "Screw Cruz" speech.
But you literally get nothing done by working outside the system. You change nothing. And again, the US as it's set up, CAN NOT feasibly support more than 2 major parties. You'd need to make drastic amendments to the constitution for additional parties viable in the US.
If Democrats are still too far right, it makes more sense to pull them left by joining them, rather than wait outside and yell at clouds while nobody listens

Think of it this way; at this stage, Bernie is like a Fist of the North Star mook who's already been hit by Kenshiro and told he's already dead. But instead of exploding, he spends the next 20 episodes following Ken around and yelling he's going to beat him this time
Maybe instead of just wanting him and his followers to shut up and fall in, Hillary should try to work with Bernie to get his supporters on her side, like Obama did with her. I just get the feeling Hillary wants to just shut him out entirely.
Yeah, but she was offered a prime cabinet seat. I don't think she's eager to give Bernie a thing.
And what has Stein actually achieved on that front? What percentage of Americans do you think even have the foggiest idea of who Stein is?I sort of agree with you. it's why Bernie is doing what he's doing.
However there are those who genuinely believe that shifting the democrats as far the left as the need be given their corporate involvement is as unattainable a goal as abolishing the two party system. I'm not saying this is the more reasonable way to think, but Stein certainly will argue it is.
I've been listening to bad country music for 20 minutes just to hear a loser mope about losing for glorious schadenfreude.
Do you understand when this was?
After the primaries.

I don't expect anything to happen with this until at, our around, the convention.
I do expect his rhetoric to begin to change soon.

I've seen this opening act before.
She's alright. Lyrics need some work but not the worst artist from a vocal standpoint.
Ya, but that race was this close:
Popular vote margin: Obama +41,622
This current race is Clinton +3,153,641
Seeing a bit of a difference here? There's no chance for Bernie here, there's no reason for him to still be in the race.
Don't let anyone convince you otherwise. This is momentum in our favor. If we multiple those 2 delegates by each day until California, the nomination is all but guaranteed. At current margins, Bernie should net 2 delegates.

Yes there is every reason for allowing the rest of the country to choose who they want to lead their country.
Clinton stans love to act like his rhetoric/tone is non-policy oriented, I love it. He's running against her, he's not NOT going to show their differences.
