Alright that makes it better then.
I personally believe blink is a better choice to "get out" than rewind...which is more about confusing enemies than "getting out" and I am pretty sure most think that it's the other way around.
Rewind is mostly good for planned plays, getting out of "OH SHIT" moments you didn't see coming, and most importantly for healing after a big burst. The heal is the difference between a 150 hp squish and a 250 hp free win. It's funny to see your initial analysis of her though. I haven't watched in a few weeks, but last I looked EVERY pro team was running 1-2 tracers because she's so fucknig good.
