Battlefield 6 Beta |OT| Open Beta/Closed Weapons.

Not sure I'd want frame gen in this game.
Maybe 2x for the Single Player I guess?
No framegen needed at all in this game with decent rig. I had 130-160 fps with DLSS4 without FG on a 5070ti maxed out. Full game will have even higher settings, but probably better optimized aswell

Frame gen is fine as long as your base is high enough. Little to no lag introduced.

yea I have the same rig, the 2x would probably hit 240fps to hit my monitor cap but I do notice the little lag frame gen adds to the games so meh.

yes of course, wish I couldnt
Suspicious Kenan Thompson GIF

sub 10ms of lag
To notice it, you are part of the top 0.5% elite player. Not average player, elite. Studies have been made, so congrats I guess.

Btw the average player start to notice a difference around 38ms overall, this is dropping to ~28ms for elite players which could distinguish added visual latency as low as 8.33ms from a 0ms baseline.

I have a music background and also grew up with rhythm games, guess its more that than anything about elite gaming.

Yeah right. This game will easily be 80+ on meta with mediocre campaign, but fantastic multiplayer and portal mode. Most polished BF release ever
I think I posted a while back that shenanigans are to be expected because of all the acquisition drama, that's going to influence reviews I bet.

I have personal legitimate problems with design decisions, but I think it will do well enough commercially, irrespective of noise.
