I tried e-mailing Robin from Funomena back in April for a status update. Just mentioned that I'd noticed the trademark was abandoned by Sony in September and that the game isn't listed on Santa Monica's website with all their other indie efforts. I told her I wanted to know if the game is still being worked on with Sony. I never received a response. =/

Did the same, and also no response. And I did got email replies from them before

About Wattam trademark.
From this thread http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1127190

And it was on Double Fine Day of the Devs 2015 last November.

It was also at PSX last December

It does look to still be on track but who knows

For what it's worth, Wattam wasn't fun... Like at all from what I played. Hence why they seem to have reworked it into an Augmented Reality game called Woorld

I dont think is that dude, Woorld reminds me way more Noby Noby Boy looks than Wattam, but yeah I guess all Keita's games look a-like lol

Yeah just adding on to what others have said. Woorld is different from Wattam. Keita tweeted after the announcement of Woorld that he found it crazy working on that and Wattam at the same time.

I do hope to get updates on Wattam. I was expecting that they would have released it by now, but I guesd they want one more viewing in E3. Since Keita is working on Woorld, I think that production on Wattam is winding down and that it will end soon.

This is my list of what I think will realistically show up.

-Dead Don't Ride by Bend Studio (they'll most likely open the show with this)
-Horizon: Zero Dawn by Guerilla Games (new gameplay, new mechanics, 2017 release date)
-Dreams by Media Molecule (beta announcement)
-Gran Turismo Sport by Polyphony Digital (demos on show floor, not sure what they could do for the conference though as we pretty much know everything now)
-Gravity Rush 2 by Japan Studio (new gameplay, vague 2016/2017 release window)
-The Last Guardian by genDesign & Japan Studio (final release date)
-Detroit: Become Human by Quantic Dream (scene from the game)
-Matterfall by Housemarque (first gameplay footage)
-Ni no Kuni II by Level 5 (first gameplay footage)
-WiLD by Wild Sheep Studio (new footage)
-Persona 5 by Atlus (US release date)
-God of War IV by Santa Monica Studio (this will most likely close the show)

These are all the big games I could think of. I'm sure there will be indies & other surprises sprinkled throughout, but even without those, I think this lineup is pretty solid.
wow this is pretty much year of dreams 2.0 for me. Just give us more gameplay from FF7R and I'm good!

After the insane show last year with Horizon taking the gold medal, it will be hard to top. But it definitely is possible. I was lurking back in those days and it amazed me how people were still complaining after last years shows about it being boring or uneventful or nothing doing it for them lol. Can't please everyone for sure.

My HOPES for the show

1.) A nice long Shenmue 3 trailer, in-game
2.) God of War 4 reveal
3.) Ni No Kuni 2 long gameplay trailer
4.) Detroit: Among Humans gameplay
5.) Dreams creation demonstration on stage
6.) The Tomorrow Children release date
7.) Matterfall Trailer
8.) Sucker Punch project announcement / reveal
9.) Sony Bend project reveal
10.) New Horizon: Zero Dawn trailer, nice long juicy gameplay trailer with new robodino reveal
11.) New first party JRPG project unveil ( maybe Mistwalker collab? )
12.) The Last Guardian, new gameplay trailer
13.) Red Dead 3 Showcase

Stuff like that mainly. Probably forgetting something. I personally dont think Crash will be a thing, but would be a cool surprise if it indeed turns out to be true.
We may get a few Square-Enix things like FFVII-R but no doubt they will save some stuff for their own show

Posting again for the new page: http://techcrunch.com/2016/05/17/ka...-game-called-woorld-for-project-tango-phones/

I do believe Wattam was reworked into this! The aesthetic is pretty much exactly what I saw of it at PSX.

Nah, they're still completely different games.

I think you got this, just need that Sucker Punch announcement.

Wouldn't Detroit, Dreams and WiLD be more likely to be at either GC or PGW?

Please don't make us wait even more to see Dreams. It's been two years, MM needs show us something.

PLEASE

Thats what it looks like. But we dont really need one if ya ask me. Thread's going well without it.

Agreed. There's still plenty of discussion going on here. The Xbox thread is now mostly about that hype train.

Well fuck...just found out today my house is copping an 8hr power outage on this day due to apartments being built across the road. I will miss the Sony, Microsoft, Ubisoft & PC gaming conferences

At least when my power comes back, they should all be up on youtube to watch in full. Will just need to put myself on media blackout until then :/

6 hours after the event starts I have to present the final results of our latest project to the board members of our most important customer. Hm, guess 2 hours of sleep have to do the trick...

Still holding onto hope for Crash.

PLeaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

Edit - Sorry folks, for some reason I used Stop instead of Still lol. I really want a new Crash as well :P
