In regards to Black Goku, Earth was wished back in U6 via the Super Dragon Balls. It wouldn't be hard to write a workable plot line involving Goku from Earth in another universe.

nah. It's been shown that U6 and U7 are different universes entirely, with no parallel people in it.

Now, that doesn't mean that the other universe pairings don't have parallel versions of people (which they might).

Yup. Goku Black's name is even written in katakana instead of the usual Goku kanji, as if to say "it's kinda sorta the same guy but not exactly the same guy".

Of all the various theories, have we tossed out the idea yet that it's future-timeline Goku? Like, say he went through some stuff while dead, probably involving some new kai, and now he's angry for some reason. Future Trunks lost contact with all the dead folks, but doing important stuff while dead is nothing new to Goku.

Sadly no information on a possible new opening yet. The Jump stuff this week seems to be the keyart and a bunch of stuff we saw before.
