Kitty feels like a 1:1 copy of himself when he was town in a past game where we were together. He is on the list because with him, that very feeling is the strongest out of all the folks that I marked as consistent in my mind and in my post.

It had a "reason" but that reason was nothing to do with scumminess. It wasn't even "based on a past performance I think Dragonz is a good first lynch because..."
He voted you because you would respond quickly and he could move on, that's it. It was the first post "RNG" vote that almost every game has. That first vote has never dominated D1 discussion before, so why would it now? If his aim was to make you the focus, he would have to think that a 1st vote would suddenly be different to every other game - it doesn't make sense.
I've deleted a bit too much of your quote, but you go on to say he was trying to imply that activity is a scumtell. What? He never said you were scummy, and he explained himself a couple of times, not sure how you're still misinterpreting his vote.
