They had a video of devs drawing and talking about future Star War games. Which had random CGI X-Wings etc flying in real life cities to show the different studios. It was bad.

Overall a good conference from Bethesda. Not as good as last years but way better than EA's. Quake is a nice surprise, knowing Prey isn't dead is cool and they showed way too much Dishonored but it does look pretty good.

Really disappointed at the lack of Wolfenstein 2 and Evil Within 2. That would have elevated my hype levels considerably.

I loved everything during the conference besides the amount of time on Dishonored 2. I wish they didn't tell us the play-by-play for each movement during the demo.

EA's entire conference was either sports or games that are clearly not ready at all so they just wasted time talking about shit we already know about with no real new info.

No one knew definitively about Quake or Prey existing so those were genuine surprises that didn't need gameplay, we got info on the new dlc coming for a few Bethesda games, they confirmed a remaster to a game people wanted plus mods, we got great gameplay from Dishonored 2.

Seemed like a very solid conference from a company that showed great control over their message unlike EA who seemed unable of how or what to communicate to the audience.

Prey reboot by Arkane...all over it! Love me some psychological thrillers! And of course the Dishonored 2 showing did nothing but make me more confident in the pre-order I made a while back. Loved the first game. So I figure I'll enjoy this as well.

Free Doom Snapmap and Fallout 4's free updates looked like interesting additions.

Nothing in this was as boring as watching EA stammer on about Madden and Esports or Fifa and managers in the game. The only part of this that dragged arguably was the first batch of live gameplay we've seen in two press conferences.

Huh? What ingame gameplay stuff did EA show? Like a few seconds of FIFA?

There were two or three individual game segments in Bethesda's show that had more gameplay than the entire EA conference combined.

People have different opinions. Some don't care it's all CG and some will. Also if you didn't find a game in a conference to your liking you will find it more boring. For me Bethesda's was just below average.
