Skyrim didn't look remastered enough - I doubt anything outside of graphics will be remastered. I also don't understand the reasoning behind Skyrim. An Oblivion remaster would have made a lot of sense -- all of the content is there and it's something a lot haven't even touched. Just Skyrim up the combat, improve the graphics and improve the outdated landscapes (so much - e.g. Unique Landscapes - would already be provided by modders, even if it was only used as reference).

It especially makes sense when you consider all of the new fans that came with Skyrim. It'd literally be like a whole new Elder Scrolls game being released as none of them have played it before (talk about hype).

Other than Prey and Dishonored 2 there wasn't anything else for me. Only marginally better than EA's showing.

No he's saying that a CG trailer for someone's beloved franchise is interesting to them if they're into that franchise. As someone who isn't into shenmue, the developer announcing that you can help pay for a new one just wasn't that earth shattering to me last year, but for someone really into shenmue, I get how it could be.

Though quake is a huge franchise. One of the biggest names in gaming, although I don't really care for it.

Well yeah, but we've known for years that was all but stolen and scrapped. I mean, I could shit on Arkane since I dont think much of Dishonored, but whatever this Dead Space-Evil Within looking thing at least seemed mildly interesting even if it shouldn't need to be called Prey at all.

Yeah I think to qualify you need to own all of the dlc. But if the only one you don't have is the house dlc then you'd effectively be getting the remaster for like $2 or however much that dlc cost.
