This far into development of the Neo and Scorpio, would it be difficult for Sony to change the hardware configuration of the Neo to match the performance of the Scorpio (if better)? Would production have started by now or deals been made to make it not possible? Sorry to derail just curious. (provided Scorpio is announced today, of course).

It sounds like the Neo is ready to be released sometime within 6 months, whereas the Scorpio needs another year and a half so I don't think Sony is going to be able to match Xbox. But Sony will have the year to themselves.
