Which service will have the best quality without any delay?

- Twitch is the earliest one but it lags and and buffers a lot.

- Youtube has the best quality but the stream is delayed.

I don't know about Live Events Viewer and whether it will be the fastest with best quality. I never tested it but from what I saw from Twitch app and Youtube app on PS4: both rely on the speed of your connection to determine the best quality which isn't the best solution in most cases since it chooses around 360p for me while I can stream 1080p just fine. We can't change quality for the PS4 Apps sadly.
What do you know about Live Events Viewer? Is it the same?
