Remember the glitch with the gems that had people having like 1 million gems in their inventory? And Valve being forced to do a full rollback because of the clusterfuck.

Good times lol.

I don't make many mistake purchases. I research every game I buy, so I can't say I will miss refunds if they were gone in favor of better sales.

There's always technical issues that are unaccounted for/games that run worse than the should. Not everyone has a gtx 1070 or whatever, as both a laptop user (unsure if I can run certain games) and a windows 10 user (tons of problems with certain games) I'd cry if they took away refunds.
Gems were the best addition to Steam.
I've been a user since like 2008 and don't even know what gems are oops

For under $10 I highly recommend the indie action rpg "HARDLAND"

It's in early access but it's amazing. The developers are finishing up development of it and it's already in a very high state of polish. Those are actual in game screenshots. They are using their own custom made graphics engine. Guys, you have to see the game in motion and the insane lighting tricks it does.

Wanted to bump this with the updated Steam link I forgot to put in initially. I'm mobile so couldn't fix it right away. The game is a gem and with a few more tweaks, additions and musical score could be up there with the likes of a Zelda game imo.

I love gems, I love refunds, I love Steam :trump:

Be careful on the returns. I've been warned a couple times in the past about "excessive" returning(legit returns I didn't care for) scolding me it's not a demo service and they have a right to take the return service from me.

They don't scold me for spending excessive money though 😛

wtf

getting the steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Deadpool. Error Code (15)

How do I sort this?

Yes. That's a bloodied baseball bat.

I don't want the game. I just wanted to prove to myself that I'm not completely useless at drawing.

Needing a really good and under the radar indie game from the last year. Probably have anything from before then and all of the higher profile stuff now.

Any recommendations? I'm down to try anything.

I'm curious, but does the Steam version of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes require Steam or can I run it straight out of the folder?

Wondering if I should buy it on Steam or just buy it on Humble for the free DRM free copy so I can keep a copy on a USB drive or something as a way to carry a party game around.

NEON STRUCT - $5.93 (67% off) - A nice mechanics-first neon-washed stealth game with an 80s influenced synth-pop soundtrack coming from the radios inside the game.

You have a box full of nonlethal gadgets, a light meter, corner leaning, and one of the most satisfying run into silent slides around.
They have guns, security cameras, and ED-209!

There are full level creation tools included and a prequel from the developers built with them. Minor Key Games is a very PC-friendly developer with FOV controls, head bob, Abberation on-off, quick save/load buttons.

It's almost the 4th of July and the new series of Love Live just aired in Japan.

And nothing says America or anime quite like baseball.

Mushroom 11
Mushroom 11 is a challenging physics-based puzzle platformer that turns the typical genre gameplay on its head by putting you in control of an amorphous fungus that can mold and shift into any shape. Each chapter introduces new mechanics and dangers, always exploring new uses of the mushroom's amorphous design. The unique gameplay was Mushroom 11's initial hook, but discovering what new hazards and puzzle elements the developers would introduce next was what keep me intrigued throughout my six-hour playthrough

what exactly does the Xenoverse dlc entail? is it story content? GT shit isnt exactly the most appealing tbh and the price difference to the regular edition is quite big

Looking for games to play on my laptop (i5, HD3000 1366x768, 8GB, SSD). I like RPG, turn based combat, but I'm open to any genre really.

I already have:
FTL, Darkest Dungeon, Banner Saga, Baldur's Gate 1/2, Shadowrun.

You might be able to run xcom enemy unknown/within on lowered settings?

Oh and child of light and south park stick of truth.

So there's an AOE Online banner on the front page of the store that just redirects me to the front page of the store. LOL

still no word on if Minerva's Den is necessary for Bioshock collection?

http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/...nt_2d00_gen-consoles-and-pc-in-september.aspx

The PC version will include all three games, but only the first two will be remastered. BioShock Infinite already works well on high-end machines. If you already own BioShock, BioShock 2, and/or Minerva's Den, you'll get the upgraded versions free.

The wording makes it sound like you will get the upgraded versions for what you own, not as a package deal like the Skyrim upgrade.

Hm, it also reads a bit as as Minerva's Den will be included in the free Bioshock 2 upgrade. Or maybe I understand it that way because I want to.

Minerva is going to b included, the question is if you need it in order to received the upgrade or just the base game.
The "or" doesn't make sense since you can't own the dlc without the base game, just seems like they're being purposefully unclear to get a few 'panic' sales.

I take it there's no chance for Popcap's games to go back up anytime soon? Realized I'm missing out on Bookworm Adventures series @_@
