I think they did the right thing by showing it. This country is in the midst of an incredible crisis involving race, class and injustice, and there's no hiding from it or sanitizing it.

Wow. That Fox News footage is tragic. The poor cop got flanked and dare I say fooled by the shooter. The shooter shot at him from the right and then flanked him from the left almost immediately and just went in run and gun style with the Assault Rifle. Poor cop with his handgun had no chance. He didnt even have time to turn around. Mother fucking piece of shit had training for sure. His assault rifle allowed him to spray and pray in a way the cop just couldn't.

The government has failed it's citizens and it only gets clearer and clearer.
More specifically, the Republicans have blocked any sensible legislation to appease the gun lobby.

You know what? Bombs are so indiscriminate, and this seemed like a surgical strike against police. Without knowing anything about the shooters, I'd hazard to guess they wouldn't want to risk a bomb harming non-police.
